Except that your opinion is incorrect... no names you are right... however you came out of nowhere and start talking about toxic lending which this company has never done nor entertained...

This isnt a billion + share stock that is ready for dilution on a whim...

The Reg D offering is to build a crowdfunding platform that will allow investors, creators, and realistically anyone invest in the projects they like and potentially earn a share in the revenue in it from what I can tell.
