OK then, now that it doesn't appear as though an r/s is going to happen. What now?
And now just one day left. Is there a possibility it won't happen?
Two days remain to do the R/S. It has been sooooo much fun waiting for the shoe to drop on us. I really like the part that you just lose what is not rounded up. They didn't even have to use a gun to steal from us.
All in our best interest, for sure.
Pretty slow research, or nothing to report?
Has anyone been able to confirm the recently announced sales?
Not the greatest a researching, but I will attempt to determine the facts about these sales.
TBA
Nice close, might buy few first...
Wow, what is up with the last 2 trades of the day for this stock? A 100 share trade and a 9000 share trade and both at .33 for a .05 increase. That is an unusual paint if that was the intention.
If the orders are legit, then this company moves forward quickly. I love their product.
Meh. What a mishmash of information. A company that does business with a company they provide some stuff to, signed a contract.
From what I've seen in the past, what Axion considers to be a large contract, the others see it as status quo.
the more I read your posts the more smarter you seem, your correct, many lure in others and the wicked ceos are no help, they manytimes are in bed with the pumpers and orgestrate dumps on the trusting ones that think the pps will go skyhigh but loose everything, the keyboard bandits I call them
well I understand the concept of dont risk what you cannot afford to lose....
I am seeing these as Pro's
Has contract for 42 Million
Has green product which is in demand for a large industry
Has sales of other products for another mat industry which could be used for all kinds of applications
Management from what I could find is not greedy and taking huge salaries
This is an AUDITED OTC where they don't need to really do so with very little to show as much..rather shows even with weak or nil profits that they are showing it open to the shareholders instead of hiding it and burying the negatives.
Actual physical location in which I have seen and been at.
Con's
Weak revenue streams at present
Status of the outstanding shares and reverse split coming to be announced.
Dropping price of the stock
O/S count is high but not super high compared to some and yet with r/s coming it would lower them.
Now I see why you would not want to invest in a company when a R/s is coming so soon unless you hope for a quick flip on the buy low and hope for a day peak to sell and run but I am not looking at a turn.
I would like an informed reason why this would not be a good hold say either before the split or after split.
If you are a new investor, let me give you the most valuable advice you will ever get.
Stay away from penny stocks. The only ones who make money are those pumping and dumping the stock.
Consider the old poker table adage.
I seen this company had a large drop in share price and with R/s coming up in next 60 days from their announcement which is still undecided on the size of the ratio of the split. Then seeing that reports throughout the internet it saying that the pumpers pushed this already once. Yet I still see this company has some feasible growth potential from their product lines. I am thinking but only guessing that this has not hit its bottom yet before the R/s but a bounce should happen before then. Am I wrong in this?
I am anew investor to the OTC markets so I am not certain but there is something about this company that makes me think they are up to something bigger. I live near the main office and have seen the facility so know it is real not just paper. Would someone share to why they would not put up some resistance on the share dropping that kind of percentage or their take on what is reasoning behind the droppage when they hold such contracts in hand for an infrastructure build and green technology to boot. They have contract, product, sales, and innovative solid product with a good customer support from redoing an error and international exposure using in a protected environment area so must have went through some testing there....i CANT SEE WHY DROPPING
Newbie here, nice increase in revenues. I'm researching the company as well as its market. If it looks like they can maintain similar top line growth then I will pull the trigger.
Cost of goods is more than their revenue
I just started my DD here so far they seem to be a company that files (that's a good start for a penny stock) and I stumbled across this report
United States Basic Materials Proprietary Recycled Materials
Please see analyst certification and required disclosures at the end of this report.

Axion International Holdings, Inc. (AXIH: OTCQB)
Innovative Polymer Technology
Drives Revenue Ahead of Entire Last Fiscal Year on Revenue Line – Revenue Already 82% Ahead of Prior FY
Reason for Report: Research Update
RATING: OVERWEIGHT/BUY Price Target: $5.00
Not only is it good business I would think the replaced ties will be recycled..
Minimal costs for excellent customer support and return business IMO
I don't know that they have messed up on all that they have sold other than the one instance of a faulty install done by the customer that they graciously agreed to resupply.
As for the PR's for sales I also do not know what that exact dollar figure is either. Reading their financial reports leads me to believe the sales amount to quite a lot of money (at least in my world).
So:
And I prefer a management team this is actually focused on silly things like revenues and earnings and let results speak to the shareholders.
Paying someone to come on penny stock boards to push a stock price while they are dumping shares is not exactly telling the world.
The beauty of these boards is you have people with different viewpoints (I respect both sides and I view information as power). I try to stay focused on the best way to make money for my family and multiple my money.
People have different viewpoints. I like a management team that is out telling the world they are good and drawing attention to their company (I want a management team out trying to drive my shareholder value upwards). On the flip side, some people might call them pumpers, etc. To each there own.
End game? You really believe there are penny stock shorters still?
My end game is to determine who on Ihub is a pump and dumper (I've got a list compiled) and who on Ihub are just poor "investors" (I use the term loosely).
I first came to this board a couple years back because I was tracking a pump and dumper. Go look at the history and you will note he has been chased off.
I am here to protect the sheepful masses who believe in things like paid bashers.
So to answer your question, I "spend my time here" (as opposed to on other boards) to help my fellow man.
Now, why are you here? What have you done lately to help your fellow man?
Hey fung, what's your end game
it's a penny stock, you can't short it, so why are you spending all your time here? who's paying you to do what ?
One way to read it. Another is, they have limited sales and what they have sold, they screwed up and had to eat the cost on.
Again, if you look at the other company's Facebook page, they are offering 500 mats on there, and yet Axion thinks selling 300 is such a big order they must PR it?
So, in summary, you have a company screwing up their orders. Spending money to hire PR firms to pump the shares on internet sites. Doing non-stop toxic finance deals to dilute their stock. Having a ton more authorized, but not yet outstanding shares they can dump. And a share price down 66% from this time last year.
Tell me again why it's a buy?...or even a hold?
Is this what you referenced?
Now I see why I got so many E-mail alerts days ago. This PR and the inflated price tanks.
You know what this is called in pennyville?
A very sad P&D. A bread and butter order?
That's not a PR, it's assumed and expected daily business.
Doesn't look good in here.
I believe it was September. It was in their filing.
No, I did not see that. Did it involve rail ties, mats, or another product? Was it this year?
Looks like they put out a PR every time they actually do an order. Guess it's easy enough to see they haven't sold 1000 of these mats yet. How many employees do they have?
This on Spartan's Facebook page....
Yeah, I checked out their website and they look legit. Guess we could ask for a bid on 300 mats and see what sort of retail money we're talking about, then divide in half to get an idea of wholesale revenue.
Good question. Did a internet search for Spartan Mat. To me this looks like the company they are selling mats to.
http://spartanmat.com/contact/
FTR has earnings.
Good companies report what they have done. Bad companies report what they "hope" to do.
They call themselves a "leader in structural polymers"? Guess they have a broad definition of "leader".
Reporting a purchase order means squat. My question is, why are they in this business? In their filings it said, when they started they were just the middleman of buying and selling a product. So why this product? What's the market share? What are the projected sales? Who is Spartan Mat LLC?
Did you read the part about their screwup and having to recall and replace everything for free?
I believe what they call revenue, I would call dilution.
ZANESVILLE, Ohio, Dec. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- AXION International Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: AXIH), a leader in structural polymer solutions, including ECOTRAX® rail ties and STRUXURE® construction mats, announced today that it has received a purchase order for more than 300 STRUXURE® Heavy Construction Mats from Spartan Mat, LLC. The order consists of 45" x 16', 18' and 20' mats that will be sold and rented across the U.S. into civil, oil and gas projects. AXION has received multiple orders from this customer in 2014.
Look at the o/s of FTR, would you call them a scam or poor investment? Every company has to start somewhere. I am not taking on the entire load of financial responsibility for this company. Only what I feel I can afford to risk at an admittedly long shot.
Did said company file sec reports, taxes, give names of customers etc? I believe any company is capable of failing without necessarily being a "scam".
I can see by their filings they are claiming revenue being generated and their press is saying who their customers are. I'm not sure how to go about 100% verifying their shipments short of travelling to the places stated. I'm not even sure it's necessary as long as they are filing the required quarterlies, annuals, and taxes. Do you have suggestions along this line?
Hey hoody....since our bet, your great recommendation on AXIH is 50% less, and that's in a mere 9 months AND that's after a recent spike in price.
Anything you'd like to say yet in the way of an apology? Lets see, 28% gain vs 50% loss. Hmmmmmm....which is better?
Look what you have to look forward to.....
Many years ago I bought stock into a company making reprocessed plastic pallets. Same story as this one. That company is long gone. Probably some of the same guys involved. Scams is scams.
Oh I'm sure. Always best to ship to some place that can't be confirmed. I hear they are also shipping to the moon for the Rover.
Have you done any real DD on this company or just believing what you read?
According to their press releases, they are selling to a rail company in Europe, Australia, and have also sold to a rail line in Florida. It looks as though several purchases have been shipped to a rail line in Russia, although I can't say if U.S. sanctions will be affecting their business or not.
Any idea who is actually using their railroad ties? Do they have contracts with any of the big railways?
Just saw one of their ads and liked the "green" concept of possibly replacing many miles of rail ties. I could be wrong but I don't think the rail system of transportation is dead, especially when I look at the number of containers being moved by rail versus over the road.
Why did you buy this stock in the first place?
I guess that I am willing to see if the very little bit of investment in this goes anywhere. I have not been convinced that this company does not exist as you have stated, although they do seem to be having financial problems. Their reports do state the are generating revenue and if they can follow through on some changes in the way they do business. Who knows?
If not, then how in the world can you have anything good to say about this stock?
