As at January 31, 2018, the Company’s cash balance was $0 compared to $489 as at January 31, 2017 and the total assets were $0 compared with $489 as at January 31, 2017.

As at January 31, 2018, the Company had total liabilities of $222,249 compared with total liabilities of $33,135 as at January 31, 2017. The change in total liabilities was attributed to increases in accounts payable and loans from unrelated and related parties for payment of operating expenses and licensing fees.

This is an illiquid shell. The sale of even 500,000 shares would crater the price. The whole deal with FutureLand is bunk. Apotheca has absolutely no value. Why would anyone pay for it with shares "worth millions." This ticker has absolutely no value, other than that of a public shell, so it didn't matter. It was a worthless for worthless exchange for the sake of pump hype. It was just another bogus fundamental dreamt up by Cox and Co.

FutureLand has $481,000 of convertible debt at maturity. They need whatever fake story they can create to try and dump billions and billions of shares.
