Now Im somewhat of a rookie in the OTC's but aren't small buys that move the PPS up artificially referred to as painting. Or is that only buying at the close?

Either way... this is like the Mona Lisa. Where's the skull and crossbones?

Just need to guess the top, short them, and make money out in front of them instead of losing it following them!
