It sounds like Roger is still saving some surprises for us. He could have pre announced rough Q2 numbers, but didn't. We know they will be record setting, and we did get some midtown sales in there even if only for a partial month.
Speaking of midtown, there has been no media blitz and yet we know it's busy. Like the first two locations, it appears it's off to a strong start without advertising. That means they may be able to scale down the media plan and put some of that money to work elsewhere. Remember how Ben said his initial marketing plan went out the window because the original locations took off out of the gate without any fanfare? We may be experiencing the same with midtown.

HA HA, glad he put out a PR. Always good to communicate. The audit statement is big. I'm sure there's more behind the scenes with Go3 but just surprised he is talking about opening the showroom. Should have already been done. he announced the Cali showroom back in October I believe. With cali going Jan 1 , this should have been open by jan 1. They shouldn't have to sell gro3, they should be order taking.
Roger never gave a timeframe until now! He used words like shortly and soon which are subjective. His words on timing are the only ones that matter. In a PR he jus said it will be done this month. It will be done this month. And If you put that much stake in a board members predictions of timing, PPS projections etc you are going to be disappointed more times than not. Speculation and conjecture is fun but PRs are the validation. Roger delivers on his word. Audit is done this month.

AMFE GRO3...CA HERE WE COME
I found it on yahoo finance.... it's not on OTC Markets yet for some reason.
This means we will receive a pro-rata share of the new public company based on the share structure that AMFE decides to use. They will announce a date and if you own shares prior to that date then you'll receive shares in the new company spin-off. For example... Roger has cut the O/S and A/S by more than half in 2016 so we know share structure and uplisting (.25 share price) is important to him to get off the pink sheets. This would lead me to believe that the share structure will be much more attractive, such as 100M shares O/S and the float closer to 25-30M shares. The less shares, the higher the demand, the higher the price!
Roger also mentioned they had an acquisition in mind for the new public entity that was similar to the potential they say in S&L. This could have possibly been Natural Stuff, but they couldn't wait any longer and announced the acquisition with AMFE... but that's just speculation on my part and there's still a good change there's another acquisition in mind... OR... they will find another acquisition. Sounds like they want to do the same thing with the new entity as they have been doing with AMFE - lots of acquisitions and growth! They'll use the Interloc KIngs sub to help fund operations and acquisitions.

Has anyone checked out Supreme Cannibas? Toronto based company buliding large indoor grow facility right now, formerly called Supreme Pharmaceuticals until last month, subject to Health Canada Rules, this could be a big player with us, not sure if this one has been mentioned here on the board.
Yes! Those are two big things that stuck out for me. Maybe we even see the audit finished in a week or two and this time Roger delivers ahead of schedule... this month kind of sounds like "By the end of the month"... we'll see!
