The management of AAPH have failed to respond to the SEC requests about delinquent filings. Over a 4 year period there have more then likely been more then one warning letter. Either the management has ignored the warnings or the address last supplied to the SEC by AAPH is defunct.
Suspending tickers for delinquent filings is the easiest method in its arsenal the SEC has to get rid of garbage tickers like AAPH. Its pretty much black and white, easy peasy.
Shortly after the suspension is over AAPH will be revoked by the SEC. After the ten day suspension its matched trades only for AAPH until it gets revoked. No bids no asks.

By checking the SEC website enforcement section you will find the SEC is on a rampage right now suspending hundreds of garbage tickers just like AAPH recently.

The process is not the same anymore. When AAPH resumes trading it will be on the grey market and everyone here will be lucky to sell for anything above .0002.

This sucks but it’s very reason I only hold free shares on delinquent stocks.

AAPH is a dead duck now. FINRA and the SEC trumps anything that Nevada can do now. The AAPH business license had already been revoked by Nevada. With the SEC suspension now Nevada cannot accept and sign off on any custodianship.
This is the only way FINRA and the SEC can stop the HIJACKING of these garbage tickers.

We could of avoided this but the process still the same if Alessi goes through with it. After custodianship filings will happen regardless and that will get things going and then CE removal and so on. I was hoping he took the hint already with his prior hiccups.

Sadly until we get court updates or any indication from Alessi this will continue to decline probably back to the trips.

Sad to see but that’s the risk in getting in early. There is a ton of risk on this one in particular since it is delinquent with the SEC and the recent increase in delinquent SEC suspensions. So doesn’t surprise me at all to see it continue to bleed downward. I’ll continue to hold as the reward outweighs the risk for me.

Everything is going along here exactly like it’s supposed to.

Anyone new to OTC custodianship tickers, you should know that this is not a fast process. If you bought for a quick turnover your strategy was flawed.

As soon as the process is announced you trade the ticker as much as you can the first couple of weeks and then sit on your free or super low avg shares till the process is complete.

Sitting here and bitching about it does none of us or the PPS any good. For some reason some sheeple base their buys and sells on stuff posted here.

If you can’t afford to sit on it for the love of God, sell and move on!

Empathize with you...waiting on the courts is a challenge but the upside when the custodianship is settled is so much greater than risking missing it while pursuing other plays that may or may not play out. Now that the summer season is officially over the next week or so should treat us well. GLTA
