AAPH is a dead duck now. FINRA and the SEC trumps anything that Nevada can do now. The AAPH business license had already been revoked by Nevada. With the SEC suspension now Nevada cannot accept and sign off on any custodianship.
This is the only way FINRA and the SEC can stop the HIJACKING of these garbage tickers.
