All I can say is that I'm so glad I took a loss and got out of this one when I did. I lost a couple grand on it but it could have been so much worse. There's definitely something fishy going on with this one. They seemed to be doing so well a few months ago but the whole thing with the late and eventual non-filing indicates to me that there's something going on with this company. I don't believe there they have any intent to file at this point. They probably never did. Lesson learned.

Well looking at the amount of deals and contracts they took on I suspect a decent annual result. Now the question of how the equity is structured and how well those individual businesses are doing is another story. That could be a reason for the massive delays. I can imagine some of the "spider web" of equity AMMJ holds would be hard to evaluate.

Anyone have insight on the level of difficulty for a new accountant come into this and put out a filing?

I still like this model of taking equity in this emerging sector and growing with it to ensure long term shareholder value. Just need to see a filing that shows that is what is happening.

Some form of update would be nice. We know the new CFO is working on getting caught up, that's his job, but a little reassurance from management would be encouraging.

Well it certainly looks attractive here... will they file... ever... and when they do and it is good.. what will happen to SP? I do think there is something fishy here but the stock is not just in someones head. They are invested in having a consulting business in a newly formed industry and grow with it. Taking equity positions as they help clients.

As far as assets go there is the SoHum Soil and equity stake in business the service. This is a shake.

They claim in their press releases that their more recent deals were for equity stake in pot business across the nation. Based on the amount of deals they made previously if they are able to acquire even half the amount of contracts this year they will own equity in a plethora of pot businesses all over the nation. Can't walk away with that.
