All I can say is that I'm so glad I took a loss and got out of this one when I did. I lost a couple grand on it but it could have been so much worse. There's definitely something fishy going on with this one. They seemed to be doing so well a few months ago but the whole thing with the late and eventual non-filing indicates to me that there's something going on with this company. I don't believe there they have any intent to file at this point. They probably never did. Lesson learned.
