Is there any evidence of why the CFO was fired/resigned?

As far as assets go there is the SoHum Soil and equity stake in business the service. This is a shake.

They claim in their press releases that their more recent deals were for equity stake in pot business across the nation. Based on the amount of deals they made previously if they are able to acquire even half the amount of contracts this year they will own equity in a plethora of pot businesses all over the nation. Can't walk away with that.
