If you got in at .006 then it may not sound like pump and dump, but if you got in today above .03, it is classic pump and dump. Look at the bid and ask spread.

The ADPC Allied Producxts is the one out of Chicago. I don't understand why the up tick in the price - they have been out of business for over 10 years.

Is this the same Allied Products in Baltimore,MD? The Baltimore company is in the same business as ADPC as last listed. Odd that the last filing with SEC listed only 1 stockholder of record. So where did all of these shares come from?

OK, thanks for the clarification. Now we are on the same page. It does look like someone tried to give this ticker a jumpstart yesterday. I'm not going to keep repeating the same stuff -- I just wanted to post it once, for newcomers who might not go back and read the history. That is old news, yesterdays volume suggest something new here imo. I am going to watch the volume to determine what is next for adpc, I appreciate your motive to keep people from being harmed however this is pennyland and I dont suggest any one buy any pink stock because they think there is real value. Because they are all worth 0 without a divvy. Just trading thats all.

I didn't call you a liar. "Not true" means that you are mistaken. Big difference, in my view.

You're fixating on the second part of my post and not my main point, which is that the corporation is dead - gone - defunct. I said "it has been confirmed that there is no company left." It is a late parrot. The SEC will probably eventually get around to suspending and revoking it. You should go back and read my prior posts and those by Brother282 at the time of the previous pump.

How can you say not true and then give the simple answer, all it takes is someone formerly affiliated with the company to file and sell out. Rather than calling someone a liar maybe you should read your own response. With a float this low it would be a very attractive candidate for a start up or a private company ready to grow. imo All this is just speculation as with any penny stock.

NOT true, legally (illegally, it is possible). The only way that it can be done is a hijack, because it has been confirmed that there is no company left. Someone can't (legally) file to activate a defunct company, particularly if he/she has no connection to the former management.

For all the responses about the company being a zombie so no r/m can take place, all it takes is activation and a few bucks in fee's. imo very possible here.

No, it's not a reverse merger candidate. The corporation no longer exists, so there is nothing to merge with. ADPC is not a shell. It is a zombie ticker, unattached to any legal entity.
