Ok, guys here's what I know thus far, I'll let you draw your own conclusions.....

All times are CST

If you look at the timeline below you will see that "Chrissy" the one who originated the RM with Crocus Group joined iHub. Coincidentally, at nearly the exact same time someone altered the Wikipedia page with the info below. Now iHub would not provide me with Chrissy's IP Address, however, Wikipedia does log the IP of those who make entries. The IP in question is: 170.170.59.139. This IP belongs to a public terminal located in a FedEx copy center in Dallas Texas. The people pulling this off are smart because they know that it will be very difficult to track them using a public computer.

Now if you put 2 and 2 together Chrissy obviously made the Wikipedia entry, I know your thinking big deal, but that will become more important later on.

June 22, 2011 8:20:00 AM Wikipedia Entry Made: " Recently, discussions with owners of a U.S. based shell company have taken place as Agalarov may be seeking public company status in the U.S."

This was one of her posts that started the rumor:

Dick Drexler no longer owns or has anything to do with Allied. The recent activity with this stock is due to two things, and they are that the shell is in the process of being reactivated, and will be domiciled in Colorado. This should become apparent in the next 1-2 weeks as filings have already been done. The other is that (from what I am hearing) a private Russian entity is looking to go public here in the US and this shell is the target. If all this plays out, it could mean several dollars per share. I hope it does, because my husband and I own a lot of it since the Allied fiasco and those bastard management people.

And the outstanding shares are still less than 12 million according to Jack Hinnendael, whom I spoke with about 6 months ago.

I can tell you now from talking to the former company officers that this information is absolutely FALSE.

- ADPC was NEVER a shell for sale, ADPC was de-incorporated so nobody bought or acquired it, basically it just ceased to exist. Yes, someone could have bought up all the shares but without an incorporated company the tax loss carry forwards, which are the only asset, would be not recognized by the US government.

- No one ever talked to Jack Hinnendael about the company share structure, in fact no one had spoken to him about Allied in years before I did. Jack did the final tax return for the company and was certain that it was managements decision to de-incorporate, they attempted to do an RM at the last minute but it fell through. He also said he was "fascinated" the stock still trade on the pink sheets.

Now I sent George Arapov an email a few days ago to ask him a couple of questions, which he responded to. If you take a look at the original header information you will see that I received it from that same familiar IP Address: 170.170.59.139 ... the exact same public terminal at the FedEx Office in Dallas.

My conclusion....Chrissy, George and the Wikipedia guy are the SAME PERSON...!

I'll keep digging...........
