Is this feeling backed up with anything or just cosmic?
That would be awesome B!!!
I feel it is close to pay off day
Maybe less than two months
We should get mail or message from lawyers soon
Yeah what is up with that no number BS?
Let’s assume soon the liquidators get to the point that you mentioned ($8M divide by $53M). The immediate next query from them to all would be what’s the loss have you suffered? It should have been greater than 12 cents per unit.
No update yet?!!
Is it silence before storm?
so...8 milly in trust divided by 53 millly shares= @.15 share minus the settlement shares (unkown shares) that may or may not be included
in the unsecured group. I'll take a quarter a share as I got into this very late in the game. as for those who were hoping for more $$ to offset much larger losses let's hope the courts catch up with the brothers grim and get us millions more. good luck to us all it has been a long strange trip for sure. big thanks to joeymags for the updates and the root man for helping us figure the docs. out fingers croosed
I hope your Spidey Senses are right my friend.
It’s been waay too long
Thanks for sharing.
Not sure how many days more need wait ,but my sense says it is not too many.
My pleasure.
I wish that I had better news for all of us here.
I’ll send them as I get them you have the job of translating the info to all of us.
.Joe , thanks for the First Quarter Litigation Trust Report. Been waiting for it for awhile. Looks like the Litigation Trust still has a little over 8 million dollars left to pursue Claims for us Class B Holders.

Sounds like all my investment will be returning soon. The previous pdf shows I will be able to buy a pack of socks. But hey, don't we all invest so lawyers can profit?
Friends, I summarized below of the PDF document the AB Data team shared with me (help@abdataclassaction.com) - “The Individual Defendants Plan of Allocation” that describes the Court-Approved plan of allocation understanding your payment in a greater detail.
This PDF narrates the plan of allocation of the funds $11.95m after deducting the court-approved attorney fees and expenses.
The summary covers Aegean Common Stocks alone and it discusses the formula to arrive at the Recognized Loss Amount (RLA)
1) You should have purchased Aegean Common Stocks between 02/27/2014 and 11/5/2018 (both dates inclusive) and should have suffered a loss, meaning your purchase price should be in excess of $0.12 per share
2) If you sold your shares prior to 12/14/2016, the RLA is $0
3) If you sold between 12/14/2016 and 6/11/2018, the RLA will be lesser of the two i) the purchase price multiplied by the corresponding inflation rate (see table1) less sale price multiplied by the inflation rate at the time of sale or ii) the purchase price minus the sale price
4) If you sold between 11/7/2018 and 2/4/2019, the RLA will be the least of i) the purchase price multiplied by the corresponding inflation rate in Table 1 or ii) the purchase price minus the sale price; or iii) the purchase price minus the average closing price between 11/7/2018 and the date of sale given in the Table 2
5) You held as of the close of 2/4/2019 or sold thereafter, the RLA will be the lesser of i) purchase price multiplied by the corresponding inflation rate at the time of purchase (see Table 1) or ii) the difference between the purchase price and $0.04 per share
6) Per the court approved plans of allocation, if the market loss of a claim is negative (less than 0), the RLA of that claim will be changed to 0
7) All shares held as of the closing of the Class Period are ascribed a value of $0.12. Please note, the difference between the purchase price and $0.12 should not be a negative value, meaning your purchase price should be greater than $0.12. If the purchase price is less than $0.12, the difference will be a negative value and therefore RLA will be 0 for your claim
I hope this summary helps. This summary is prepared after reading through 14 pages of the PDF “The Individual Defendants Plan of Allocation”
My kids won’t even see this money lol
I realize that we have been waiting for YEARS and I thought we were getting close to a payout but have a little more patience and I believe eventually the legal system will be on our side and make these scumbags pay up.
The US legal system works at a snails pace.
Be patient a little longer.
Yes dead. Stop waiting lol
so are we dead in the water waiting for any $$$
Interesting…maybe this is why they extended the payout date? This would be huge!
Mine says the same thing, no number, I am going to writing it off as a total loss this year.
Where did u email it to and as for all the dates of when u bought ur share relevant to what they are asking for ?? I know that i use to have share of this b4 during the period they ask but i sold seeing it drop but when i bought back in it was after the time frame they ask for but i have the escrow shown and now a new symbol showed up what does it mean
I just heard back today after emailing them last week about the resubmission of my claim. It was originally partially declined. They said it is now in good standing
A lot of us got swindled after 5 years of waiting, number is gone but Aegean future disp. is still on there thru brokerage.
my cusip # is gone with schabb replaced with
NO NUMBER
AEGEAN MARINE PETR OXXXESCROW PEND POSSIBLE FUT
is this good or very bad?
Nov 5, 2018 was the BK date. Stopped trading around middle of March 2019 and converted to LTU cusip code.
What was the date that Aegean went bankrupt? The Y00ESC015 cusip was just removed from my account, only the stock name remains. I bought my shares in the time period to receive a settlement, sent in my paper work and proof on time, but I just received a letter from Aegean that my claim was denied. I want to claim this as a total loss on my taxes.
My initial claim was denied as well
I think you should call the claim number to find out why it was denied and find a resolution.
My case was a mistake on my end but I was instructed to email Aegean to resolve the issue
I will use this letter this year to finial write this off as a total loss on my taxes.
I got the same letter and it denied my claim too.
Today was the deadline to respond to the letter that i received a couple weeks ago.
I was away on a business trip and just this morning was able to get the number to call including my Claim#.
I spoke to a very nice girl (Bree)
Who instructed me that I simply needed to send an email to Amend my claim form that I previously sent in.
She told me what the email should say so there wasn’t any confusion.
I sent it over immediately.
Hopefully good to go.
Let’s get on to business now!!
The number by the way is:
(877)888-9760
Did you call?
What was the answer?
I got same Mail and it denied my claim too.
It looks they want to gave all litigation to lawyers.
Easy rubbery.
I received the same letter the other day
Had to go out of town on business and left
the letter at home.
There is a phone number on the letter
I would like to call tomorrow
Could you please provide me with the number??
I really appreciate it.
Hopefully can get this cleared up.
Thanks again
Joe.

I havent looked into this for quite some time... I just received a letter stating my claim was rejected due to missing documentation. Unfortunately, I was using robinhood and, conveniently enough, several of the transaction documents are corrupt or inaccessible for some reason... support was also unable to get ahold of them.
I may be calling it here. This whole process is absurd.
I got mail saying my claim was partially declined. They need more info on my purchasing transaction
Sounds good
We are waiting
I Googled AB Data Ltd
It is a Class Action Administration Company
Located in Milwaukee WI
Probably nothing
Definitely not a check
I will report my findings as soon as I get home.
Interesting , do you think any us will also get mail or is there a particular reason for your mail? TIA
I’m gettting something in the mail tomorrow from Aegean Marine Securities Litigation
C/O A.B. Data Ltd
PO Box 173088
Milwaukee WI 53217
Not sure what it could be
Never got anything in the mail from them
I’ll report back tomorrow when it arrives and I have the opportunity to open it.
Sweet! Another couple years is easy peasy lol
Apr/3/2026 ?!!
There is only one way we will see something good happening for us at some point is by collectively coming forward and engaging an attorney (share the expenses) to object and stop any motion going forward that is intended to further extend the termination date of the litigation trust (18-13374).
Unfortunately the recent motion was considered by the US Bankruptcy Court Southern District of NY to extend the termination date to April 3, 2026 as there was no objection from anyone
Let your grandkids know your account information. You’ll never see this $ lol
Hi to everyone...
I open this forum often, hoping to read something like...$x per share will be distributed to your account soon, but it is taking too long.
