damn this sure did make a nice quiet little move to .10... You not watching her anymore?
Yes, wasn't me. Spoiled my addition plans here for now, but that's the game.
No. Just logged on for a few minutes. Saw the trades and thought you made the move. Was very surprised there was little volume yesterday. Would have snagged some but not ready. Whoever got them, congratulations IMO. GLTY R.
Mick
Hi Mick - have you been snaffling those .025's? LOL
Very interesting Mick. I would think those dates may relate to the "milestones" we heard about in the PR in May. Maybe they relate to the timelines the investors are expecting ARYC to achieve.
Hello R.
If you go to the ARS website, click on links and go down to the associate links. Once you click on Value Relations it takes you to German website. Long story short if you click on stock day, convert to english you will note a stock day was held in Dubai one month prior to the PR. hmmmm Next stock days are scheduled Aug 21 and Sept 4 in Frankfurt. Was ARS in negotiations with the Saudis prior to April 25 to your knowledge? If not, it took them a whole month to jump on board! Thoughts?

Mick
Funny you should bring that up. Been thinking about a call myself. Was considering one more towards the end of July (sometime next week). Maybe a collaboration is in order regarding questions.
Mick
Hi Mick - have you had a chat with Keith recently?
My thoughts exactly Mick - we will be vindicated here sometime this year for sure IMO. Quiet for now, but this will uptick rapidly once the interest starts to flow in.
Hello R. Obviously not a lot has been happening here. It is reassuring to me that this is one of the few that lack the ongoing fluff PR's and the pie in the sky forcasts. But reading between the lines it is not difficult to fathom the upside and the capability of management. JMO Best regards,
Mick
LOL - been travelling all day and missed it. Probably not long though !
I wonder how long it took to sell the 5000 shares ($125) at the bid? ;)
With you 100%. Glad to hear at least you made it without incident. That route is my last resort if at all possible but on occasion it's the only way to go. I agree there is obviously no substitute for common sense and being on the defensive when driving any time. Where I was trying to go was a state of the art road surface may help us when others drive agressively or reduce the unneccessary stress from massive spray kicked up by tractortrailer traffic (couldn't even conceive of driving those roads on a daily basis). Anytime we can increase visabiliy and lengthen reaction time we may be able to reduce the amount and severity of accidents. Unfortunately the technology will be adopted in other parts of the US (and the world) before we get it in the NE. LOL
Mick
Hi Mick - I have driven that route many times. Have you tried it in an ice storm yet? I was driving down from Philly to Fort Lauderdale in March 2005 and there was an ice storm coming down past washington. There I was in my U Haul doing 25 - 30 MPH and a car in front of me (doing about the same speed) does a full 360 on the highway ! LOL (but I was bricking it on the day LOL)
I reckon even ARYC's road surface would have had trouble with those conditions, but they do say it would be safer in icy conditions.
Had to travel the Richmond/DC/Balt. corridor. Surface water from rain kicked up by traffic made it impossible to see further than 75 yards. An extremely dangerous condition that would be vastly reduced with ARS technology.
Mick
Picking up these subthree this summer would be an early Christmas gift in my mind. LOL
Mick
I like to keep some cash available during the summer months if possible in order to pick up some cheapies. I usually end up going in a bit early, so I am going to hold out and see where we go as the DD seems to show we have time barring any pleasant surprises.
If it goes up, I am happy and I will also be happy if it goes down due to what we have found out so far.
Fingers crossed for more at a lower price !
GL R. No telling where where this will go in the short term. Not pulling the trigger anytime soon myself.
Mick
Interesting that 10,000 hit to the bid pushes the MM's back from .034 x .038...
to......025 x .035
If a few more get bored over the next few weeks, it could prove to be real bargain hunting time IMO.
Somebody hit the .034 bid today. We have time to get shares cheaper in here before the word gets out IMO, just based on the way people play it.
I am holding out to see what is available lower.
R. Out of town and catching up. We may continue to see this pattern until filings or news (patient buyers trying for the bid with no luck). If and when the good news comes out we will be watching latecommers chasing the ask. In due time IMO. GLTY
Mick
Will do Sonny and happy fourth from your British buddy ! Rob.
thanks Rob..PM me whenever theres an update re ARYC..
Happy 4th to you and be safe!!
Sonny my friend ! Come to the throng over on the ARYC board ? And then there were three LMAO !
rl and I have been doing some pretty good digging so far and taking our time as this looks like more of a medium term play..
I have chatted to Kieth Fryer about three times and I know RL has called him as well and I went over my understanding of the stock with Keith based on information in the recent PR, past filings, the company website etc. and Keith confirmed that our understanding so far is correct. He also added in a few things as well that some of the subsidiaries are doing and I added those elements to the Ibox.
RL and I have found some useful articles and other information which is also linked in the Ibox and we have been pretty thorough in making sure it is all still accurate in light of what ARYC are doing right now.
Keith's own view is that this six months are crucial for ARYC and he is excited about the prospects.
Basically, they have the following going on:
1. Rubberised asphalt test going on in Germany on an 11 kilometre stretch of road. It has been ongoing for four years and ARYC's subsidiary has been given the nod from the German government that they will get projects on the Autobahn (Germany's no speed limit highway) if the test is successful. Everything is meant to be going great according to Keith and they expect the results within six months (i.e. around the end of the year). Other European countries are following progress of the German's test and will give ARYC the go ahead in their own countries based on the Germans' decision.
Keith also said that ARYC are pursuing a financing in Germany in order to bring in the necessary cash to push things forward to the next stage once testing is approved, which they are anticipating.
2. ARYC have also received the first stage of funding from a Saudi group called the Riyad Brothers (largest corporate investor in Saudi Arabia and recently financed the construction of an 82 million dollar shopping mall - I like it when big money follows big ideas) for their liquid rubber technology which will increase the recycled rubber content in car tires from the current 3% to 15 - 20 % this would REVOLUTIONISE the industry. All work so far has been laboratory based and the money from the Riyad's is being used to fire up the pilot plant in Anaheim (three to four months from the week before last) to make liquid rubber samples for submittal to the car tyre industry. More cash is coming from the Riyad's subject to ARYC achieving certain milestones.
ARYC are working on an adaptation of a Goodyear patent that was never filed because it was too expensive a process and not commercially viable. ARYC (with the help of an Ex Goodyear employee) have worked out how to make this commercially viable and anticipate a positive result in their patent application.
3. ARYC are working on getting their financials audited so that they can get back on the OTCBB as fully reporting. Their CFO died a couple of years ago and they got behind on their reporting.
4. ARYC are also working on bringing in more money for the US operation and there is a private placement apparently being worked on at 3 cents a share plus an additional block of stock on a warrant to purchase for 6 cents. Not bad IMO and it would seem to not be toxic.
The risk:
1. ARYC clearly need money to get to a position in which they can start to generate revenues again, but the above shows they have a few decent irons in the fire.
2. There is a lot up in the air right now and the next six months will be pretty hectic and there is no guarantee that the pilot plant will produce acceptable product for the tyre industry. The German government may also say that they are not happy with ARYC's test performance etc.
Having said all that Keith seems confident that they will be able to get all this done, based on all the work that has gone into this so far. He has put a lot of his own cash in this and asked me why I was interested in the stock. I told him: "because if you crack everything you are working on, you will absolutely clean up!". He said: "that is what we think as well".
Very knowledgeable guy and I am pretty tenacious with my questioning and he was clearly very knowledgeable about all areas of what he was talking about. A guy that knows what the ****'s goin' on is my kind of guy.
I don't think this will be a quick return at all, but I think the return could be very big based on the information gleaned so far.
Check out the Ibox and let me know what you think.
Cheers, Robert.
Rob and Rlfb
I thought you might want company..lol...OK whats the latest buzz ?? still have my eye on this..
No worries mate ! e
I got your e-mail and agree with your points and also your suggestion to delete the articles from the Ibox as they are not relevant to us any more.
All done Mick ! Robert.
I have already sent an email to Victor's company concerning this issue. If I don't hear from him (them) this week I shall call ARS.
Mick
Yes, you are right that we need to make sure it is still relevant. I called Keith last week - do you have time to call him at some point this week as I don't want him to think I am a once a week call LOL.
R. I would suggest in hindsight we verify present involvement w/Dr. Petrenko as it is not currently listed in the corporate web site. As this this is a very big deal revealed by dated internet sources, you'd agree we would want the Ibox info as accurate as humanly possible. I think acquiring the license was part of the former UTEK deal. Now that thats changed, did this technology also go with it? Thanks for the kudos but once again in hindsight may be premature. Hope not.
Mick
Straight in the ibox with those Mick - darn good work bud !
And more clarification.
http://engineering.dartmouth.edu/news-events/press/de_icer.html
I am thinking there may be a way to "activate" sets of tires electrically on a vehicle to cause more traction on a frozen road surface (i.e. the skis example in the writeup; turning them on and off so to speak)) or affect the road surface or bridge surface itself to retard the adhesion of ice or ice formation. Sounds pretty wild myself but at this point who knows. Looks like an absolute future question for Keith. If the company still holds the license (and at this point we don't know this for sure) how do you think this development could affect the future share price. From the article Victor is number one in his field in the world if I am not mistaken. Your thoughts.
Mick
I must say I don't know what the application could be in light of what we know of ARS's activities: Crumb rubber for rubberised asphalt and liquid rubber for recycling into new tyres - what are your thoughts on it?
Hello R.
Are you familiar with how this license is to be incorporated in ARS's technology? I can only guess and all of them point to serious future value added. BTW Happy Hunting!
Mick

Inventor: Victor F. Petrenko
Patent Title: Systems and Methods for Modifying Ice Adhesion Strength
Abstract: The invention includes system for modifying ice adhesion strength of ice adhered to an object. The system includes an electrode that is electrically insulated from the object and a DC source, e.g., a battery, coupled to the object and the electrode. The source generates a DC bias to an interface between the ice and the object when the ice completes the circuit. The object is conductive or is doped as a semiconductor so that the DC bias applies a voltage to the interface which modifies the ice adhesion strength selectively as compared to the ice adhesion strength with substantially zero bias voltage at the interface. The strength can be increased or decreased relative to its static state (i.e., the state without applied voltage). In this manner, ice such as ice on an aircraft wing can be removed with less work. The system preferably includes an electrically insulating material disposed between the object and the electrode; the insulating material is substantially conformal to the object and the electrode. In most applications, the electrode includes a grid electrode shaped to conform to a surface of the object and each point of the grid electrode is in electrical contact with the source. Accordingly, a grid insulator is generally disposed between the object and the grid electrode. The invention has high applicability to objects such as an aircraft wing, an automobile windshield, a bottom of a ski, a heel or sole or a boot or shoe, and an outer material of a power line. The invention also includes a ferroelectric, ferromagnetic or semiconductor coating applied to power lines to auto-regulate the temperature of the lines to just above the melting point.
