Hi Mick - I have driven that route many times. Have you tried it in an ice storm yet? I was driving down from Philly to Fort Lauderdale in March 2005 and there was an ice storm coming down past washington. There I was in my U Haul doing 25 - 30 MPH and a car in front of me (doing about the same speed) does a full 360 on the highway ! LOL (but I was bricking it on the day LOL)

I reckon even ARYC's road surface would have had trouble with those conditions, but they do say it would be safer in icy conditions.
