Hello R.

If you go to the ARS website, click on links and go down to the associate links. Once you click on Value Relations it takes you to German website. Long story short if you click on stock day, convert to english you will note a stock day was held in Dubai one month prior to the PR. hmmmm Next stock days are scheduled Aug 21 and Sept 4 in Frankfurt. Was ARS in negotiations with the Saudis prior to April 25 to your knowledge? If not, it took them a whole month to jump on board! Thoughts?
