I guess they're operating fine as a private company, nowadays. The question is and still remains, will they "go public", once again...
Entity #1553746........ active Corporation in Pennsylvania.

So.... why does (267)864-7737 still work ( ACDU)? Why is Accreditedbiz.com renewed?.

A very interesting article and enlightening to me regarding how well prepared Taiwan is. I've thought of them as sort of a thorn in the mainland's finger that could easily be extracted.
And to support them is not a drain of USA resources, but the opposite, they pay their own way and the USA ends up a well paid merchant.
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/01/world/asia/taiwan-dominican-republic-recognize.html FIRST PANAMA.....NOW CHINA JUST GOT THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC TO TOSSTAIWAN UNDER THE BUS...
It appears that China has run out of patients with Taiwan..... Holding military exercises along the sea coast.....Taiwan ordering military ( Tanks, Jets) from the US...... China bribing other countries to cut ties with Taiwan...... and who is holding out? Who is pressing on China's pressure point? China would have full control of Central America if one more country would "GO ALONG"?
Has PROC and/or ROC stepped forward without exclusionary demands? It would seem the PROC has more of an overall interest than the ROC for it's communications, servicing craft of a military nature, as well as commercially reaching the USA Gulf/USA east coast/or south in the Caribbean and Eastern S. American market. Does it seem conceivable they might even peaceably share access in and through Nicaragua? Is it at all possible that a favorable diplomatic relationship could exist with both without diplomatically excluding the other? We in the USA have duo relationships/embassies, i.e., both the PROC and ROC, why not Nicaragua? These relationships allows a huge duo foreign trade industry. IMO exclusionary would be like choosing a milk cow with only one teat.

MANAGUA, Nicaragua — Tens of thousands of Nicaraguans joined a march for “Peace and Justice” called by the Catholic Church on Saturday, the second massive demonstration in less than a week following a wave of deadly protests against social security reforms.
Cardinal Leopoldo Brenes told demonstrators in the capital that Nicaragua’s church would give President Daniel Ortega’s government one month to reach agreements that satisfy society’s demands following last week’s convulsion of protests and looting. Human rights groups say dozens of people were killed or went missing during the protests when police and Sandinista youth groups violently repressed demonstrators.
Ortega withdrew the social security overhaul that sparked the protests last Sunday and agreed to meet with different sectors of society in a national dialogue mediated by the church. And on Friday, National Assembly president Gustavo Porras announced the creation of a truth commission to look into the deaths and violence during the clashes.
“The government has just one month to come through. If it doesn’t, the people will be told that it couldn’t,” Brenes said while some demonstrators chanted “Justice!”
Nicaragua’s Permanent Commission on Human Rights said the social convulsion left at least 63 people dead, 15 missing and more than 160 wounded by gunfire. The government has not confirmed or denied the casualty figures.
The rescinded reforms would have increased contributions and reduced pensions. But the protests, which have been largely led by university students, had expanded beyond the original opposition to the social security overhaul to include broader anti-government grievances.
Saturday’s march called by the Episcopal Conference of Nicaragua brought in students, representatives of the private sector and opponents of the construction of an inter oceanic canal.
Francisca Ramirez, a leader of the anti-canal movement, said “it is time for Daniel Ortega to understand that he cannot continue doing whatever he wants with this country.”
“It has been enough. We want peace but with justice for the murders,” Ramirez added.
Similar demonstrations were held Saturday in other cities such as Matagalpa and Leon.
“I came because the young people who died deserve a tribute, that we march for the peace in the country, for justice and for the return of the democracy that has been kidnapped by this government,” said Marlene Alvarez, 26, who works in a laboratory in the capital.
On Monday, Nicaragua’s private business sector organized a march calling social peace and an end to repression that drew tens of thousands of participants, marking the largest demonstration seen against Ortega’s government.
The former guerrilla fighter began his third five-year term in office last year. His wife, Rosario Murillo, is Nicaragua’s vice president.
Maybe I'm Wrong but I do believe that he was just an instrument of China. Not known why the powers allowed the impression that he was on his own. Maybe just to throw/postpone the movement because the time was just not right. Now we also have the ROC also on board. Regardless, hopefully, ACDU can be resurrected and if they still hold the deed to that crucial point of land,it will be easier to catch up with the SEC and keep the share structure in place instead of starting from scratch again. As mentioned here, there are now less public shares out there and no way of knowing their value if the company certification is brought up to date. The preferred may or may not be in the same boat. I do suspect that a lesser amount of the preferred owners cashed in their chips because they may have had a better communication channel concerning what the future might hold than what we've known.
Questionable if he was really ever the real source of the Canal..... we will need to wait and see...... Curious, if our company really is dead and buried, why would they have kept the domain? As I pointed out in an earlier post, the Nicaraguan Law Firm kept it going...... odd!!!!!
Some redundant Havana Times news and some past history.
Nicaragua Canal Project Dealt New Blow
April 28, 2018
Chinese magnate Wang Jing’s consortium HKND has abandoned their offices in the highest skyscraper of the financial district. The Nicaraguan Rural movement continues to demand the repeal of Law 840.
By Confidencial

HAVANA TIMES – Wang Jing, the Chinese magnate who in 2013 received the concession from Daniel Ortega’s government to construct an inter-oceanic canal, has shuttered his company’s Hong Kong offices. The office of the HKND Company had previously been located in the highest skyscraper of the city. Its closing was reported by the Bloomberg news agency.
On April 18, the Hong Kong Nicaragua Canal Development Investment Co., a subsidiary of a company owned by Wang, turned in its rental contract for suites on the 18th floor of the International Finance Center (IFC) on this island off the coast of mainland China. Reporter Blake Schmidt explains: “The company had renewed its rental contract for their offices for three years, beginning in 2016, with the option of extending it for another three years in accordance with the Hong Kong land registry,” The monthly rental contract was initially for 2.1 million Hong Kong dollars, approximately US $267,600.
Schmidt stated that a receptionist for Two IFC had informed him of HKND’s move last week but they “didn’t leave any information about their new address.” This luxurious building of the financial quarter houses offices of important companies like UBS Group AG and Blackstone Group.
“One of Wong’s representatives declared by telephone that the measure reflected a “change of strategy,” and added that the company would maintain operations in Hong Kong, but refused to give details of their new location. The address registered to the company is an accounting office in Kowloon. HKND didn’t respond to requests for additional comments, explained the report in Bloomberg.
Wang Jing’s franchise for the construction of an Inter-oceanic Canal in Nicaragua was awarded with almost no discussion in the National Assembly on the merits of this decision. The project was slated for completion in 2019, but up until now not even the minor works have been done. HKND maintains a timid presence in Nicaragua: they’ve never bid out for a job, and for a year now they haven’t reported on the results of their studies.
Repeal Law 840
Meanwhile, Wang Jing’s finances have suffered a number of reverses. In March of 2017, Confidencial revealed that his company had reduced their operations in the country to a minimum according to sources tied to the government and the private sector. “The information that we received from high up is that the canal is no longer going forward,” stated a government source.
Nevertheless, the rural movement continues their mobilizations to demand the repeal of law #840. In addition to awarding rights for canal construction and the expropriation of lands along the canal route for a period of 50 years that can be extended, the law contemplates a concession for carrying out seven sub-projects, among them ports, oil pipelines, free trade zones and tourist areas that could be realized in any part of the national territory.
The farmers’ movement, centered mainly in the zones around south-central Nicaragua – Nueva Guinea, San Miguelito and Punta Gorda – has held over 90 marches protesting against the canal project. As a result, for four consecutive years they have been the object of a government campaign of repression, intimidation and harassment in their communities. The rural residents organized in the Movement for the Defense of the Land, Lake and Sovereignty, maintain that in demanding the repeal of law 840 they’re not only defending their personal ownership of their lands, but also the national sovereignty,
“Wang Jing and the canal project have never had money. What has existed is an alliance to steal from the Nicaraguans, to steal our lands. That’s why Daniel Ortega isn’t repealing law 840,” affirmed Francisca Ramirez, rural leader from the town of La Fonseca in the department of Nueva Guinea. “While the law isn’t taken off the books, we farmers will continue our cause, because while we’re in the streets protesting against the Canal, no investor will want to put money into this project,” she added.
Lawyer Monica Lopez Baltodano, who investigated the intricate network of Wang Jing’s holding companies, assured that Wang Jing’s closing of his offices is “the last sign” for the repeal of Law #840. The former legal advisor for the rural movement maintained that this is “an opportune moment” for the government to “turn back its political errors” within the context of the current national protest originating with the Social Security reforms.
Lopez Baltodano called the canal project “a fiasco” going back a long way. She feels that the Ortega government hasn’t repealed the canal law “out of arrogance and an unwillingness to recognize the legitimacy that the farmers have obtained in all these years of opposition to the concession.”
Wang’s finances spiraling downwards
Bloomberg also informed of a business scandal last year linked to some of Wang’s dealings in the Ukraine. “The authorities named one of Wang’s companies as part of a presumed collusion with local businesses to “destroy” the strategic fabrication of airplane motors in the country via the withdrawal of shares,” reads the article. According to this information, Wang Jing’s company attempted to purchase participation in the company Motor Sich PJSC, the largest producer of airplanes and helicopters in the Ukraine. However, a Kiev tribunal froze the stocks in September when the security services and the Attorney General’s Office of the Ukraine argued that the purchase could “eliminate” domestic production of reaction engines, forcing the country to look towards the exterior.
The Ukranian Motor Sich company said in a July communique that “it hadn’t done anything wrong” and had cooperated with the investigators, refusing requests for further commentary.
In 2015, Wang Jing saw the drop in the Chinese stock market greatly reduce his personal fortune by US 9.1 billion, meaning a decrease of 89.2% in the US $10.2 billion that he had come to claim. Wang’s fortune was left in the lurch beginning in June of 2015 when the stock price of the telecommunications company Xinwei began to fall. Jing owns 35% of the total stocks in this company and each stock, valued at 64.26 yen on June 2, fell to 31.6 yen in less than five weeks for an accumulated loss of 50.8%.

I do take exception to the headline "Ex-Billionaire." Although he had stumbled I don't think it is known if he's out of the billionaire class. No matter, we've always thought he was just a front for the Chinese government.
Ex-Billionaire Abandons Office in Prime Hong Kong Tower
Former billionaire Wang Jing, who agreed to build a canal across Nicaragua to rival the Panama Canal, has abandoned his office in Hong Kong island’s tallest skyscraper.
HK Nicaragua Canal Development Investment Co., a subsidiary of a company owned by Wang, surrendered its lease agreement on April 18 for suites on the International Finance Centre’s 18th floor. The company had renewed a three-year lease for the offices in January 2016, with the option to extend for a further three years, according to Hong Kong’s land registry. The lease agreement was initially for HK$2.1 million per month.

A receptionist at Two IFC, which counts UBS Group AG and Blackstone Group among its tenants, said HKND moved out last week and didn’t leave information about its new address.
A representative for Wang said by phone that the move reflected a "change of strategy," and added that the company will maintain operations in Hong Kong, but declined to provide details about the new location. The company’s registered address is an accounting office in Kowloon. HKND didn’t respond to requests for additional comment.
Wang signed a $50 billion deal to build the rival canal linking the Atlantic and Pacific oceans in 2013 with the Nicaraguan government of President Daniel Ortega. A series of protests against Ortega that began with opponents of the canal project in 2014 has grown into widespread unrest that forced the Nicaraguan leader to back down on his controversial social security reform last week.
Nicaragua’s main daily La Prensa said in an April 23 editorial that Ortega "lost control of the streets" and called for his resignation. The Nicaraguan Center of Human Rights said more than 30 people have died in the protests.
Wang’s business empire faces other setbacks, including a stock suspension of his Beijing-based telecom company and a court fight in Ukraine. Ukraine’s Security Services conducted searches at the country’s biggest maker of aircraft and helicopter engines this week in an investigation into a buyout bid by companies linked to Wang.
The Chinese tycoon has explored several options to shore up investment for the canal project, but five years after Nicaragua’s legislature greenlighted the project, it remains unclear how he plans to fund it.

Accredited Business Consolidators Corp. Joins Calichi Sino Inc. Alliance to Offer Green Construction Products | |
DOYLESTOWN, Pa., April 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Accredited Business Consolidators Corp., (Pink Sheets:ACDU), previously announced that its subsidiary, Envirocare Corp., was working on a business venture to sell environmentally friendly cementitious products that contain reduced Portland cement. ACDU negotiated with multiple entities that offer green cementitious products. After a complete review, the Company determined that it would join an alliance between various professionals. The alliance formed a company, Calichi Sino Inc., to move forward with bringing green construction materials to market. ACDU will not hold a control position in the new entity; rather, it will directly and indirectly own about 20% of the alliance. However, the scope of the alliance will be much broader than a green concrete plant in Nicaragua. Rather, CSI already began negotiations for multiple projects. More importantly, the other members of the alliance include the creators of a green cement known as Zeobond. Zeobond's product, which is being produced and used in Australia, will be the starting point for CSI's offering. Additional members of the alliance include the founders of Harricrete Ltd. of Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies. Harricrete has extensive experience bringing cementitious products to market. Other participants in the alliance will be announced in the future as agreements are secured. Thereafter, it will create a registration statement for CSI. CSI's Central Index Key number with the Securities and Exchange Commission is 0001489668. Shareholders are invited to review filings with the CIK code when they are released to be informed of further details. ACDU believes its participation in CSI is an extraordinary opportunity as the alliance members are reputable and able to bring environmentally friendly building supplies to market. As stated, the alliance members are already offering green solutions to the construction industry and CSI will enhance the success of the numerous opportunities that will be presented through this venture The Calichi Sino Inc. logo is available at http://www.globenewswire.com/newsroom/prs/?pkgid=7382

The Company continues to restructure its Richwood Eco Ventures Inc. subsidiary. Acting President Gertzen Perez finished his term and assisted the Company make various contacts with third parties for potential joint ventures. Andy William will assume the role of Acting President until the Company can name a permanent successor. The Company is focusing on finding a partner that will be able to make use of the equipment we own. Several prospective business arrangements are being discussed with multiple parties that have existing wood processing or timber export businesses. Accredited Suppliers Corp. continues to operate its business at a profit; however, the operation remains small with only one vehicle on the road and a total of four agents. ASC is relying on moving forward with its registration statement so that it can raise additional capital and replicate its present operation on a larger scale. ASC streamlined its accounting procedures so that documents are provided in a timely manner to our bookkeepers. Presently, our Nicaraguan accountant is working on the financial reports from inception for this subsidiary. The Company expects the documents for Accredited RAC, the rental agency subsidiary, to be accepted this week by the Pennsylvania Secretary of State. The Company retained Attorney Harold Montiel from Managua, Nicaragua, to form the Nicaraguan entity. The Company understands that Costa Rican retail shop, Marilyn Boutique, will expand to Spain with its second retail shop before the end of the year. The Company agreed to assist the Costa Rican company which it owns 25% of. The Company believes that expansion in Europe, where there is an additional premium on unique culture-based clothing, will create substantial growth. The Company received a report from the executives of Soluciones Faciles, S.A., the Costa Rican enterprise that we own 25% of. The report indicates that during the experimental stage of the Company, it was able to receive a return of over 30% per annum on its loans - even factoring in defaults and costs. As a result, Soluciones Faciles S.A. must seriously consider whether it will create a vehicle to raise capital from direct investors to fund additional loans and expand to several offices or whether it should continue to grow using house capital. |
