He isn’t doing all this for nothing. At .0006 indeed cheap for such a tiny SS and last 2 years of fins filed.

Hello Smitter. Looking at this one. I know you usually find some good ones. LOL. Anyway looks like OTC Markets was updated yesterday. Looks like the float is less than 400M. If so cheap at 0006. Could be a nice one if they start putting out some info. I always prefer to get in ahead of the crowd.

Indeed and being in the Pawn Shop Gold industry even a moron could be successful with these Gold and silver prices so strong and many struggling unfortunately looking to sell their jewelry or whatever.

So if he is getting filings done and keeping OTC Profile verified and paid for a daily transfer agent verification I would say there is a better chance then not this runs at some point.

I saw they also got the last 2 years filed as well. So at these prices with this share structure AVEW could be a fun one to watch.

All is good thanks. Been a crazy year. Just finished up coaching baseball. Glad it’s done. Cases here are on the rise big time.

I saw the Vol last week. Shot off an email to Jose and got a response over the weekend so I threw some bids in. Got filled nicely.

Everything is being worked on. OTC profile was just verified and updated. Also Transfer Agent is verified daily which is also a perk.

So I will do what I do best. Sit quietly and wait.

My experience in past companies is people with intimate knowledge (insider info) and former employees usually look to and try hurt companies as they move forward. Clearly someone is funding AVEW they just filed 2 years of annual reports a attorney letter and Q1. In penny land I don’t look at the past because all penny stocks are a gamble. I look at upside and what is currently going on and if Jose is working in 2020 with all current filings then clearly he has been in communication with OTC Markets to get the CE Removed. Also his debt is primarily to his son. It’s in the filings.

I appreciate your post and wish you a prosperous 2020 I’ll take my chances on my investment here. I don’t see any downside. Best of luck.

Penny, as someone with intimate insider knowledge related to close ties to a former employee, I highly advise anyone to stay clear of AVEW. Although gold may be on the rise, AVEW is not in the gold business. Pepe warned us this a while back after his visit to Jose's store front. In theory this all sounds good, but Jose is a master manipulator, MANY people have funded AVEW, all of them have been left holding the bag. Jose is in debt to his eyeballs which is why there's no website, fins, and a Caveat Emptor he can't seem to shake. All of these things require funding that Jose simply does not have...

Good Morning, ACREE. As a business man and investor in mostly Big Boards. I am not well versed in Penny Stock but wanted to add something to my Portfolio of high risk in the Gold Sector which is absolutely on fire. After reading the filings I see Jose’s son helped finance the company back in 2016ish. He is not a director or involved in the company in anyway other then lending them money. So I would say that in no way would that effect AVEW whatsoever. Also I noticed AVEW started to get current after December so if Jose thought his sons private lending business would interfere I doubt he would have moved ahead paid all the expenses to get current etc. I see nothing but upside here. The share structure is very small and what I liked is the restricted is almost all the CEO’s. Gold could be pushing $1800 soon and this company has very good connections from what I can see and experience in this market. Also the Re Sale industry in Gold is Booming and with Unemployment high and many business not re opening. Folks are pawing Gold items like crazy. At .001 it’s well worth the risk here.
