Good Morning, ACREE. As a business man and investor in mostly Big Boards. I am not well versed in Penny Stock but wanted to add something to my Portfolio of high risk in the Gold Sector which is absolutely on fire. After reading the filings I see Jose’s son helped finance the company back in 2016ish. He is not a director or involved in the company in anyway other then lending them money. So I would say that in no way would that effect AVEW whatsoever. Also I noticed AVEW started to get current after December so if Jose thought his sons private lending business would interfere I doubt he would have moved ahead paid all the expenses to get current etc. I see nothing but upside here. The share structure is very small and what I liked is the restricted is almost all the CEO’s. Gold could be pushing $1800 soon and this company has very good connections from what I can see and experience in this market. Also the Re Sale industry in Gold is Booming and with Unemployment high and many business not re opening. Folks are pawing Gold items like crazy. At .001 it’s well worth the risk here.
