I love it. So you have citron amongst others exposing this stock for what it is....a 400 mil market cap OTC stock, with no intrinsic value/no revenue/business.....

A pumping site, which drools at length over what a bargain FOUR is at $4 bucks.

Scroll to the disclaimer and you see FOUR has paid the promoter....albeit a small sum

Then it goes on:

"MP and/or its affiliates, associates and employees from time to time may have either a long or short position in securities mentioned".

It seems pretty clear, Black sea trading and any one else gifted stock at 25 cents is looking to ramp this as long as possible.
