Falaknaz are still fraudsters in the case of PSPW. They have cheated the shareholders of PSPW. I know that everyone who buys shares takes a risk.
But you don't collect millions of dollars from shareholders and then ruin the company. But that's what Falaknaz did with PSPW. And that's fraud.

He has paying all this time the audits and the costs were big. He is ending a merger thats why he refuse that.
Auditors has been working in a large conglomerated of companies.

The key year of the audits is 2018 where the merger supposedly happened. If they file from that year to 2023 they will be current.
The non disclose of the owners was offered to Falaknaz to get currwnt kn OTC but he has no intentions to do that.
