Updated Estimate Based on Some Speculation that Falak Bought some of the Julius Bank, all of the Ecoserve Limited and Power Andiana Limited shares. If you reference back to the Wakl email in which Randy Pereria mentions that of companies in which Falak Properties potentially owns majority of the shares this would make sense that there was a combined 79 million shares available as Julius Bears was in bankruptcy and Seawind failed so odds are Eco-serve Limited and Power Andiana were bought up due to disappearing in 2013 disclosures. Falak related Entities own a projected 77.3% of the issued and outstanding shares. This is a educated guess and cannot be confirmed until disclosure by Falak.
