Robert Hipple/Henry Jan/Stephen Stotesbery some history - (NPDI) Neptune Industries Inc

Looks like these three met through a mutual involvement in a shell company now known as Neptune Industries Inc (NPDI).

Prior to becoming Neptune Industries Inc in 2005 the shell was known as Move Films Inc. before that Expresso Express, Inc and before that it was known as ILN PELHAM CORPORATION, a Texas company owned by Henry Jan

Pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization dated October 2, 2001, we acquired all the assets of The Expresso Express, a sole proprietorship, and commenced the business operations formerly conducted by The Expresso Express. Subsequently, we changed our name from 'ILN Pelham Corporation' to 'Expresso Express, Inc.'

(1) Henry L. Jan, is the sole member of ILN Industries, LLC and is therefore considered to be the beneficial owner of the common stock of our Company issued to it.

Stephen Stotesbery who would later become the CEO of Eneftech Corp was also the president of Move Film Inc starting in 2002 and Robert Hipple became the CFO for the company under the new name Neptune Industries Inc in 2005 when Move Film Inc and Neptune Industries merged.

On June 9, 2005, the Company merged into Neptune Industries, Inc., a Florida corporation which common shares trade on the Pink Sheets under the symbol NPNI. The merger was approved by the Board of Directors of each company and by a majority of the shareholders of each company. Under the terms of the merger, Move Films, Inc. merged into Neptune Industries, Inc., which is the surviving entity and Move Films, Inc. ceased to exist under Texas law with the filing of Articles of Merger in Texas. Each shareholder of Move Films, Inc. received one share of Neptune Industries, Inc. for each share of Move Films, Inc. issued and outstanding, for a total of 2,817,500 common shares of Neptune Industries, Inc.

As a result of the merger transaction, Stephen Stotesbery, our President and a director on December 31, 2004 and Terence M. O'Keefe, our Secretary/Treasurer and a director, have been replaced. The new officers and directors of the surviving entity, Neptune Industries, Inc., are:

ROBERT HIPPLE, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
XAVIER T. "SAL" CHERCH, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
ERNEST D. PAPADOYIANIS, CEO, PRESIDENT and CHAIRMAN
