Now we know why these are called shells, CEO's hide under different shells, shuffle them all around and when you lift up the shell you never know who the hell is under there....
Henry Jan/Stephen Stotesbery - United Film Partners, Inc.
Here is an S-1 filed by that company in 2001. Stotesbery is an officer and Henry Jan is once again a beneficial shareholder. Another officer of this company, Terence M. O'Keefe, would also end up showing up later as an officer for Eneftech Corp.
United Film Partners, Inc was incorporated in Texas under the name ILN Bethany Corporation on April 2, 2001 a company owned by Henry Jan.
In July 2001, the Company issued 5,000,000 shares of common stock for a total of $1,000 to Henry Jan under his company name, ILN Industries, LLC which of course I talked about in my previous post.
Eneftech Corporation (A Development Stage Company) (the Company) was incorporated in Texas on April 2, 2001 under the name ILN Barrington Corporation (Barrington) to serve as a vehicle to effect a merger, exchange of capital stock, asset acquisition or other business combination with a domestic or foreign private business.
Looks like Henry Jan made a bunch of Texas entities to start publicly trading companies back in 2001.
