Well, here's one idea

X PRIZE Foundation Announces Wendy Schmidt Oil Cleanup X CHALLENGE

They should enter this contest. And let the world know they've entered it.

This would make for a good, non-fluff PR for a start.

MOP Environmental takes the X-Prize Challenge!

MOP Environmental puts their environmentally friendly product up against whatever the best minds in the oil cleanup world can dream up to advance the science of environmental remediation, blah blah blah.

Throw lots of big science words in there to make it more impressive.

They can use the PR to tell everyone about their products, how they're made, all that stuff. Since it's about science, and not just business, they'll have a lot bigger audience, and maybe generate more contacts.

Then they follow whatever rules the X-Prize people lay out to demonstrate the product, make videos of themselves in action, and post them on their website.

The news people and science community get interested, and (hopefully) it expands from there.

If they manage to win, they get lots of free publicity, a big endorsement from the science people, and a million bucks to pay for some more advertising.

Then they follow whatever criteria the X-Prize people specify, make videos of what they do,
