i3 Federal and i3 Integrated are clearly the same company based upon the fact that of the 2 companies only i3 Federal is listed on the NASA SEWP V GAWC list. From knowing that, we are able to deduce that they are in fact the same company.
Each company that is awarded a SEWP contract has a $20 billion ceiling that is good until 2025.
This quote from the latest PR is very intriguing:
"Within one business day of joining forces with i3, Bravatek was placed on a government contract called SEWP, Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement, with a $20 billion dollar ceiling, for its cybersecurity email protection software and telecom services," according to Mr. Phil Oakley, Chairman and Founder of i3..."
The fact that we have already been placed on a SEWP contract after only one day of being in significant agreement with i3 is pretty telling. That means that this product was already known about and in high demand by government agencies.
From what I am able to gather, the meetings with the Pentagon clearly went well and i3 is being used in this partnership strictly for the fact they are on the NASA SEWP V contract list. i3 is the strategic partner that makes it possible for whichever government agency they met with at the Pentagon to gain access to bravatek and immediately sign them into a contract.
If there has been a contract signed, my guess is that we should be hearing those details this week in a PR and or an 8K. My gut tells me that this is going to be a major contract perhaps on par with or larger than the $104 million contract i3 already has with NASA. Think about it, someone wanted this technology urgently considering they were placed on a SEWP contract after only ONE DAY of being an i3 partner. If that doesn't scream value I don't know what does.
