Edited: Important BVTK 8-K & link to NASA Contract

I think this edited version might better articulate what was previously posted in regards to the post of which I am responding.

It's very good that you have posted that $104 Million contract that i3 Federal closed with NASA as I will explain why following this snapshot below:

Per the BVTK 8-K today, here's what stood out to me:

In connection with the agreement, i3 Integrative secured approval for the Company to be listed as a supplier on the SEWP contract vehicle, usable by any federal agency, and because of i3 Integrative’s SDVOSB status, the Company can partner with i3 Integrative to obtain business set-aside contracts.

In my opinion, i3 is going to land or already has landed a huge contract with NASA. I'm saying this because SEWP is managed by NASA and no way would BVTK's lawyer allowed such to have even been mentioned within this 8-K unless it was for such a reason:

SEWP is a United States government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) authorized by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and managed by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

About SEWP

About SEWP

The NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) GWAC (Government-Wide Acquisition Contract) provides the latest in Information Technology (IT) products and services for all Federal Agencies and their approved contractors. The statutory authority allowing usage of the SEWP contracts by the entire Federal Government is NASA's designation as an Executive Agent by OMB based on the Information Technology Management Reform Act (ITMRA) of 1996, now the Clinger Cohen Act.

Providing the latest in commercial Information Technology (IT) products and services, the NASA Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement (SEWP) contract vehicle has an outstanding track record of serving up fresh technology for Federal Agencies. SEWP is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) consisting of 145 Competed Prime Contract Holders, including 119 small businesses. Small Business categories include: Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB); Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB); HUBZone Small Businesses; Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB); and Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB). The SEWP contracts offer a vast selection and wide range of commercial advanced technology, including, desktops and servers, IT peripherals, network equipment, storage systems, security tools, software products, cloud based services, telecommunication, Health IT, video conferencing systems and other IT and Audio-Visual products along with product based services such as installation, maintenance and other services related to in-scope products to all Federal Agencies (including Department of Defense) and their approved support service contractors. SEWP offers low prices (generally below GSA schedule prices), the lowest surcharge (0.39%) and the easiest and fastest ordering procedure using pre-competed contracts.

Through SEWP, Agencies can find an exact fit for their needs at the best overall value by choosing the right solutions offered directly by leading hardware and software manufacturers and experienced Government integrators and service providers.

To add, per the $104 Million contract closed between i3 Federal and NASA as indicated above, there could be some "coordination" between both i3 Integrated and i3 Federal to act as one to secure a contract for BVTK since Phil Oakley & Bobbi (Roberta Sorrell) both are listed as Sales and Operations Executives for both i3 Integrated (ICS) and i3 Federal.
