It is my opinion, that GDSM remains an under the radar GEM at these price points and it behooves us to continue to research her merits and potential. She is a breakout candidate here that should be explored with depth and careful consideration.
CEO Michael Shea has now communicated a half dozen time with shareholders in February in some capacity to alert us of a new subsidiary formation for GDSM- one that would be related to the hot MMJ sector (and Potentially a successful private company with Revenues already) - that as learned last week, the Subsidiary has already been named and filing has begun for the State of Colorado. Today we learned its going along and progressing well.


LET ME REPEAT TWO VALIDATIONS WE LEARNED : We learned last week- the Colorado Subsidiary is in filing and already NAMED. We also learn that potentially Gelpid management - who is seeking a way to cover their lien owed of $5 mil -Chris Chiari - a man who is no stranger to the MMJ and legalization of marijuana movements -- ACTUALLY might be the one referenced in a previous GDSM press release two weeks ago, as wanting to take a PRIVATE MMJ related hot aector company PUBLIC. It's clear these negotiations that have continued with our CEO and Gelpid- are somehow related to the subsidiary formation. This is awesome news as there appears to be intelligent business intricacies in play here.


WHAT WE DIDNT KNOW AT THE TIME two weeks ago-- Chiari is heavily connected especially in Colorado with multiple MMJ companies, spokesmen and legalization movements. Whether it be his own company, King of Quality, or his good buddy OB's company - Chiari clearly has the means and NOW THE METHOD to pull this off-- part of his own dreams- and create a mega PUBLIC MMJ accessories company- check out the connections easily found online below:

THINK ABOUT THE PROSPECTS FOR CHRIS CHIARI- and Gelpid - finally getting paid back and the turning this into their own Cash gold mine as well. GDSM, shareholders and Gelpid-- we all end up happy campers.
1- Chiari gets his dad's $5 mil judgement lien- recently awared in 2013- but dated decades ago--from GDSM PAID!

IT IS MY OPINION, that GDSM has become an increasingly intriguing stock ever since our CEO has announced over the past two weeks via email, twitter and official company press releases, of, his intention of form a subsidiary bringing an existing MMJ company wishing to go public under GDSM auspices.

BEST PART: There exists myriad ways of this maneuver benefitting shareholders especially in the short and near term. AUDIT news is a great start for sure. It creates instant legitimacy. We are close there too. THIS DEAL APPEARS TO SIGNIFICANTLY HELP GDSM and shareholders, GELPID getting its $5 mil and CHIARI and pals getting their PUBLIC MMJ accessories and related companies.

Confirmed No Dilution and No Reverse Split are extremely powerful here. Looking forward to presenting more when time affords me. An analysis of the types of MMJ private companies that can be brought on will also prove to be very intriguing. Imagine- if we can secure a company with revenues and gulp, profits- our value would exponentially increase and this stock play would have sharply elevated targets - short and mid term - all very pleasing to the eyes for sure.
