BlackOpStocks and ALL with DD on GDSM

Significant to this post I made a few days prior -- outlining the MEGA GEM potential here on GDSM from the CEO

I have been afforded the necessary time to collect my DD and attempt to articulate my thoughts here with GDSM.

Significant to what we have learned here thus far- our CEO has confirmed NO DILUTION and NO REVERSE SPLIT coming as of yesterday. He has not only stated this in email, on on Company website but also online.

RELEVANT to the question here with GDSM- Why would Mr. Shea, a decent and skilled CEO present publicly on numerous occasions that he is now "forming" the subsidiary ??

It is my opinion, that there exist MYRIAD substantial reasons why the creation of a MMJ subsidiary makes logical sense -and a careful review of the due diligence available certainly could lead one to believe that we have something quite special in the works here.

Hopefully tonight--- I will finish putting together my full package DD - with respect to GDSM and the prospects here which, after today's excellent consolidation- most certainly appears ready to test new heights moving forward with new revelations, catalysts and momentum sustained.

FOUR REASONS WHY GDSM is an under the radar GEM --

1- AUDIT updates coming any day. Legitimacy and credibility instantaneous.

2- MMJ subsidiary in formation - here we can engage in intelligent discourse as to the merits of using a private and existing MMJ company SEEKING to go public- and finding that perfect public entity that can iron out the necessary stock, shelf and benefit requests that come with such a subsidiary formation.

PARAMOUNT here is that GDSM is not looking to sign some type of deal with a MMJ company or try to have a small partnership. In contrast, GDSM is engaging in negotiations to form a subsidiary that would bring a PRIVATE MMJ company PUBLIC!!!!! When that potential fact pattern settles in - we will definitely see much higher pps.

3- OIL WELLS deals - further confirmations as to the continued viability here.

4- CAREFUL review of the current structured financials and SEC documents for GDSM and the liens and certain sections and inclusion of which, in my opinion, present multiple compelling reasons for said aforementioned merger to take place. SIGNIFICANT LANGUAGE EXISTS regarding the NOL tax potential for GDSM that can assist and offset any future revs/profits from subsidiaries as well as WARRANTS for .10 and .15 respectively that add necessary intrigue here.

TODAY presented a day to scoop up CHEAP SHARES from others taking profits in a healthy formation. There exists plenty of available research and data available of logical partners and joint venture candidates though that would, if many did extensive DD, perhaps suggest one might wish to hold on GDSM what they secured until that next catalyst or validation outlined and aforementioned and we have been promised by our CEO. .

Further, in this day of FINRA- where they have made specific announcements regarding MMJ, for our CEO to stand strong on 5 occasions now in the past 2 weeks, and make it quite clear his intentions for our company, GDSM, to create a MMJ subsidiary that can then assist in alleviating the debt burden owed to Gelpid and other executives - furthermore, potentially, even hit certain executed warrants that would enrich the current executives of GDSM- It seems likely to me that we WILL be testing a significant organic move NORTH again or by way of some company validation or verification- we will skyrocket north in PPS.

HUGE THINGS in store confirmed "now in formation" over at GDSM. I will begin to post some of the compelling financial reasons for a maneuver to be entertained by Mr, Shea that most certainly, could also benefit any lien holders.
