Well, sure, a reverse merger would be fantastic, however, its likely not even the most ideal for GDSM and Gelpid- based on the SEC filings I reviewed. Rather, indulge me here, but what if we were looking at more of a subsidiary spinoff like TTDZ? That would greatly benefit both parties likely looking for debt relief, payoff and tax write off potential. What if we had a new company spinoff that raised the funding and capital to complete our oil wells deals and related business too? All while providing liquidity to rescue and reward company and shareholder values?
It is my opinion, through my extensive DD, that we may be looking at more like a TTD* and a SIP* type play here than a typical Reverse merger using a potential public shell. GDSM - has needed a restructure solution ever since the debt judgement finalized in early 2013. This has got to be the best opportunity to come around BY FAR, for both significant parties involved since early 2013. As well- several excellent private companies appear connected somehow to the major parties in play. Quite intriguing!
FURTHERMORE: What could be better than a Reverse merger with a private MMJ company?? A subsidiary spin off with capital infusion, ability to pay off huge debt burdens, potential shares for GDSM in new subsidiary with a shelf offerings etc, . So Either way- it's very very compelling here.

CEO Shea's comment seemed to imply that we would spin off a subsidiary of GDSM - that would imply pref stock/shares, potential debt repayments, shares of new subsidiary for GDSM shareholders, potential dividends etc. could you imagine???
THAT IS DEFINITELY NEWS WORTHY OF WAITING FOR-- patience is a virtue when engaged in real transaction. However- regular communication is vital.
In my opinion, Id like to hear audit news and formation of subsidiary myself. Im patient here as the DD continues to strengthen with transparency.
