Business Summary:
The company’s model is quite simple. They acquire exclusive licenses, distribution and reseller contracts on proven technologies in the environmental, “green” and war fighter industries. These licensing or distribution agreements of the technologies must be proven, validated and in use. Their primary objective is to sublicense these technologies to other companies in geographic regions under the “original license grant” and in the “exclusive distribution and reseller agreements”, and ultimately staff qualified representatives around the globe for resale in turn key projects. Global Tech also has something other competitors don’t. An exclusive licensed patented Molecular Bonding System (MBS) to clean earth polluted with heavy metals using an EPA tested and approved method, which qualified it for Superfund approval. The Superfund is the federal government's program to clean up the nation's uncontrolled hazardous waste sites. There are over 450,000 contaminated sites, which need to be remediation before these properties can be further developed for commercial and other use. This technology is exclusive within major geographical regions which Global has obtained the rights to, and which has been successfully applied 30 times with the end result being that the land was usable again. Making the land usable again spurs investment in formerly blighted properties and assists in revitalizing communities, and local economies.

To get an understanding of how their technology and partners synergistically create an extraordinary opportunity for the investors, one must first understand the history of Global and their partners. The company has purchased the exclusive rights to the MBS technology and process for remediating soils containing heavy metals and rendering them non leachable instantly. It was tested by the EPA and also Brook Haven National labs and met all requirements for use. These exclusive licenses are the next generation and may be the benchmark for physical and chemical sciences to solve environmental remediation and alternative energy related problems. This process has been used on over 30 sites throughout the country both as soil remediation and also for commercial land and re-development. There are 450,000 sites that need to comply. But not only that, there are numerous cement plants across the country that need to comply with the new rules by September 2013, and the same counts for coal fired plants, although the final compliance date hasn't been finalized.

In additional technology licensing, Global has concluded agreements for the exclusive purchasing, distribution and reseller rights for technologies developed by MSE Technology Applications and M2 Polymer Technologies. The exclusive rights are grant for Iraq, Afghanistan, Israel, and that includes non exclusive rights to the entire member countries of the European Union, and Canada. They have also recently acquired an exclusive license for China, India and Singapore to use the IFS2c process claimed in the IFS2c patents for reduction treatment and removal of Mercury from cement plants from Solucorp Industries. MSE will do the muscle work & GTGP the paperwork... thus a new strong company is born that can compete with it's peers in this international business! As the US adopts these rules international markets will follow, and other countries are also covered under the exclusive licenses GTGP has. So the potential is really staggering!

May 16, 2012 Global Technologies Group, Inc. Results of Final Mercury Emissions Testing

"The final two part validated Mercury emissions report will be part of the data that will be presented to the Portland Cement Association, EPA and other agencies of the government here in the United States and abroad. This convergence of new EPA and State regulations for Mercury, NOx, SOx and the benefits of using MBS is the culmination of years of pursuing both our business plan and the humanitarian concerns we have for the inhabitants of planet Earth. I am pleased that now, we are in position to alleviate airborne toxins generated by power and cement plants on a Global basis. We are currently in discussions with large companies that are currently working on technologies for NOx and SOx removal and in conjunction with MBS, the plants will be able to meet the requirements for all three at once," stated James Fallacaro, President.

July 20, 2011 Global Technologies Group, Inc. Receives Confirmation of Approval by the Army 3rd Corp and Council of Colonels Fort Hood for Mer

Global Technologies Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GTGP) Global is pleased to announce that negotiations with the U.S. military through its agent, retired Colonel Sandy Pogue, to infuse the IFS-2c technology for mercury and other metals remediation systems into working power plants located at Forts Hood and Fort Bliss in order to document the cost effectiveness associated with mercury removal from coal burning power plants stacks and reconfirm the remediation of the contaminated ash by-product. The process to integrate the system into the power plants has already been approved by the Council of Colonels at (Fort Hood), and the Army 3rd Core. Final approval is currently in the hands of Forscom Headquarters. Colonel Pouge has already informed us that Preferred Customer listings with all the branches of the Military are being activated and all energy related products and processes will be attributed to Global and its joint venture partner East Morgan Holdings, Inc.

"As one of the many uses for the MBS/IFS-2c technologies Global has been exploring and pursuing, we continue to expand the range of both government and military opportunities available for our technology. This confirmation from the military is another step in executing our business plan," said James Fallacaro, President.

July 13, 2011 Global Technologies Group, Inc. Has Completed a Complete Review of Solicitation for Department of the Navy Remediation Projects.

In reviewing Globals strategy, the group has decided it is in their best business interests to send the compiled information on Global, M2 and MSE to the companies that we have ongoing relationships with. This strategy enables us to bypass the normal solicitation as a standalone general contractor and deal specifically on the technologies controlled by us and allows us to deal directly with the companies in advance of the contract awards.

As our group has the most outstanding technologies in most areas of remediation, hazardous and low level nuclear waste with previous and ongoing projects with the department of Defense, Department Of Energy and all the necessary clearances for work to be done on sensitive restricted sites, we feel confident that we will be part of any projects awarded. This same strategy will also apply in the event there are several companies chosen for various projects within the scope of the submission.

Jan 09, 2012 Global Technologies Group, Inc. Status of Cement Plant and Share Distribution

Global Technologies Group, Inc. Final Certified Report of Mercury Emissions Testing

Global Technologies Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GTGP) presents the final certified report dated June 2012 for Mercury emissions testing completed by MSE Technology Applications, Inc.

Cement Plant Mercury Emissions Final certified Testing Using MBS

Global Technologies Group, Inc. (Global) contracted MSE Technology Applications, Inc. (MSE) to perform a series of tests to determine if Molecular Bonding System (MBS), a metals treatment agent, can reduce mercury concentrations within a moist gas stream at elevated temperatures specifically for cement plants. MBS has historically been used to bond with metals in contaminated soils and has also been previously tested to reduce mercury emissions in a power plant with success.

Excerpt from the report.

To access the complete report: http://glbtech.com/CEMENT_PLANT_FINAL__REPORT.asp

7.0 Conclusions

The Phase 1 go/no-go testing proved that MBS when combined with PAC can remove more than two times the amount of mercury than PAC can remove alone. These tests also proved that MBS alone can remove more than five times the amount of mercury from a nitrogen off-gas than PAC alone.

Phase II Testing confirmed that MBS does not introduce any NOX, SOX, or acid gasses into the off-gas stream. Phase II Testing also proved that the combined MBS and PAC treatment agents can remove more mercury from off-gas than PAC alone, and that MBS alone can remove almost four times as much mercury than PAC alone in a compressed air system.

8.0 Recommendations

Because the combination of MBS and PAC can remove substantially more mercury from an off-gas system than PAC alone, MSE recommends that the MBS technology be implemented at full scale in a cement plant with a PAC system. The MBS technology could also be implemented as a stand-alone technology for mercury emissions reduction.

"As a result of the successful testing of the MBS treatment for removal of Mercury from flue gases, we are preparing the final documentation for dissemination to the Portland Cement Association and its members worldwide and the various cement and power companies we have previously discussed this treatment with and our contacts in China, Singapore and India who have been waiting for this certified final report.

"We have also appointed MSE Technology Applications, Inc., to handle all the testing, monitoring, setup, technical aspects and implementation of our coming projects," stated James Fallacaro, President.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will implement new mercury emissions regulations in 2013 and many cement plants and Power plants will not be able to meet the more stringent regulations. Some of these plants have installed powdered activated carbon (PAC) systems in an attempt to reduce mercury emissions to comply with the new regulations. However, mercury emissions have not been reduced enough to meet the new regulations at some of the plants.

July 09, 2012 Global Technologies Group Set for Two Week Operational Run at Cement Plant

"Global is pleased that the length of this run was extended for a two week period by the plant as it will give both the EPA and the DOE hard data results for an extended period of time as opposed to the three day run originally scheduled. This extended run requested by the plant is a strong indication of the interest and value of utilizing MBS and its use in that industry and final verified data for the DOE and the EPA for mercury removal from stack gasses. This will be the final precursor for moving towards the use of MBS in all areas of both the cement and power plant industries as well as the DOE and EPA benchmarking MBS for best use status. We are looking forward to the completion of the test and the contracts with this cement plant and within the industry," stated James Fallacaro, President of Global Technologies Group, Inc.

EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT
OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET
W ASHINGTON, D. C.

June 18, 2012
(Senate)
STATEMENT OF ADMINISTRATION POLICY
S.J. Res. 37 – Disapproving EPA's Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (Sen. Inhofe, R-OK)

The Administration strongly opposes S.J. Res. 37, which would overturn long-overdue national clean air standards limiting power plant emissions of toxic air pollution, including mercury. As a result, this resolution would cause substantial harm to public health and undermine our Nation's longstanding commitment to clean up pollution from power plants. Since it was enacted in 1970 and amended in 1977 and 1990, each time with strong bipartisan support, the Clean Air Act (CAA) has improved the Nation's air quality and protected public health. Since 1970, the economy has grown over 200 percent while emissions of key pollutants have decreased more than 60 percent. More than forty years of clean air regulation has shown that a strong economy and strong environmental and public health protection go hand-in-hand. S.J. Res. 37 would undermine more than forty years of CAA progress by blocking the Mercury and Air
Toxics Standards, the first national standards to protect American families from harmful power plant emissions of mercury and other toxic air pollution like arsenic, acid gases, nickel, and chromium.

By addressing the largest remaining source of mercury emissions in the United States, these standards will reduce our children's exposure to this neurotoxicant which can impair their ability to think and learn. Because technology to control toxics also reduces fine particle pollution, the standards will help America's children grow up healthier, preventing 130,000 cases of childhood asthma symptoms and over 6,000 cases of acute bronchitis among children each year. EPA further estimates that emissions reductions resulting from meeting these standards will prevent as many as 11,000 avoidable premature deaths and 4,700 heart attacks, annually. The annual value of these health benefits alone is estimated to be as much as $90 billion. In addition, the standards will reduce the risk of numerous other nonmonetized yet devastating health effects, including illnesses of the central nervous system, damage to kidneys, and cancer.

The Mercury and Air Toxics Standards will ensure that the Nation's power plants install modern, widely available technologies to limit harmful pollution – leveling the playing field for power plants that already have such controls in place. The standards are achievable; pollution control equipment that can help meet them already is installed at more than half of the Nation's coal-fired power plants. Numerous studies, including analysis by the Department of Energy, have projected that the standards can be met without adversely affecting the adequacy of electric generation resources in any region of the country. Finally, if a rule is disapproved under the Congressional Review Act, an agency may not issue a rule that is “substantially the same.” In this case, because EPA has adhered closely to its narrowly 2 circumscribed authority under the CAA in promulgating these standards, the enactment of S.J. Res. 37 could effectively prevent EPA from ever limiting mercury and air toxics pollution from power plants.

If the President were presented with S.J. Res. 37, his senior advisors would recommend that he veto
the resolution.

April 25, 2012 Global Technologies Group, Inc. Results of Cement Plant Mercury Emissions Testing

"The validated Mercury emissions report is part of the data that will be presented to the Portland Cement Association, EPA and other agencies of the government here in the United States and abroad. The results were impressive to both MSE and the cement plant, as the use of MBS/IFSC2 without the use of PAC can remove more than five times the amount of mercury than the PAC. I believe that now we will be the benchmark for Mercury removal and rid our people of a very dangerous airbornetoxin not only here but worldwide," stated James Fallacaro, President.

Patented & Exclusive Technology:
Global Technologies Group Inc is a company with an exclusively licensed patented system to clean earth polluted with heavy metals using an EPA tested and approved method which qualified it for Superfund approval. Superfund is the federal government's program to clean up the nation's uncontrolled hazardous waste sites.

Currently there are over 450,000 contaminated sites in the U.S which need to be remeadiated before the property can be further developed for commercial or other use. With the use of our licensed patented Molecular Bonding System (MBS) we are able to chemically change heavy metals such as chromium, cadmium, mercury, arsenic and lead from contaminated soil into non-hazardous forms. (in situ) Currently these chemicals are leaching into the water tables below the surface of the land and thus contaminating the water systems. MBS is comprised of carbonates, sulphides and phosphates which oxidize the heavy metals and turn them into non-leachable sulphides. After we have chemically changed the hazardous chemicals from the soil it is placed back in its original location and the land becomes safe to use for development purposes, thus omitting the large cost of removing and trucking out the contaminated soils.

Furthermore we have the capability to clean 50 to 100 tons of soil per day. With two patents; one for technology, and one for the necessary process chemicals, our company is the only one of its kind. Their licensed Molecular Bonding System (MBS) uses a solid-phase chemical stabilization process to reduce the leach ability of heavy metal contamination in soils, sludge, sediments and other solid wastes. This product is applied for the remediation of Superfund and Brownfield properties, which is required for these properties to be removed from the EPA National Priority List so that they can be commercially developed. This process has been used on over 30 sites throughout the country both as soil remediation only and also for commercial land redevelopment. The 29 acre site in E. Providence Rhode Island was awarded Brown Fields site of the year and will have mixed use of residences and retail business when complete. The license is covered under U.S. patents 5,898,093 and 5,877,393:
http://www.google.com/patents/US5898093

Global also has the license for The IFS-2c technology in China and India which has already proven its ability to remove both ionic and elemental mercury, sufficient to meet impending, stringent clean air regulations previously considered by the power plant industry as cost prohibitive and non-attainable. Tests were conducted by Energy & Environmental Research Center and Babcock and Wilcox and other prominent industry companies. The power plant air emissions remediation market in the U.S. is estimated to be about $15 billion annually and about the same in Europe.

The CEO and it’s shareholders firmly believe that their process and technology will be the BENCHMARK.

Molecular Bonding System MBS Section:

Molecular Bonding System/Mercury Cement Plant Treatability Study Final Report

GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES GROUP, INC. RESULTS OF FINAL MERCURY EMISSIONS TESTING

Global Technologies Group, Inc. (Global) contracted MSE Technology Applications, Inc. (MSE) to perform a series of tests on behalf of a cement plant to determine if a Molecular Bonding System (MBS), a metals treatment agent, could further reduce mercury emissions under conditions typically found at cement plants. Historically, MBS has been used to bond with metals in contaminated soils and has also been previously tested to reduce mercury emissions in a power plant with success. MBS was tested by the EPA for a Superfund Innovative Technology Evaluation Demonstration at the Midvale Slag Superfund Site in Midvale, Utah, with waste ores passing the EPA’s Multiple Extraction Procedure 1000 year test for arsenic, cadmium, and lead. MBS was also tested by the Brookhaven National Laboratory using Brookhaven’s radiologically contaminated soil spiked with cadmium and lead and the treated soil samples were well below the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure limits.

We are looking forward to the completion of the test and the contracts with this cement plant and within the industry," stated James Fallacaro, President of Global Technologies Group, Inc."

IFS Process:
BREAKTHROUGH TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM

IFS marks a breakthrough technology in the emerging field of environmental contamination prevention at its manufacturing source. Instead of treating pollution affecting the environment after it occurs, IFS can be used to prevent contamination from hazardous metals or anything that may discharge hazardous metals prior to being introduced to the environment. The revolutionary IFS process can be referred to as a “SMART WASTE” technology.

How does it work?:

IFS targets the consumer manufacturing sector at its source. IFS can be applied to a multitude of products, including switches, batteries, filters, munitions, computer parts, or any item that contains heavy metals such as lead, mercury, chromium, arsenic etc. IFS will not change the efficacy and use of these products. The only change that will occur is once these products are disposed of improperly or in a designated landfill, they will be “environmentally friendly” as they will automatically remediate themselves so that no metals will migrate into the environment.

Integrated Fixation System (IFS) – Pollution Prevention Products:

Solucorp’s IFS technology is a superior hazardous waste reduction system. IFS prevents the creation of hazardous waste generators and significantly reduces clean-up costs. IFS works safely and economically, without impacting the quality of the product, to eliminate environmental pollution. Solucorp has developed products and applications for heavy metals remediation that can be applied to vast array of industrial and consumer items that contain hazardous metals. These products and applications minimize or negate the potential for contamination spreading from manufactured products at the end of their life cycle.

What makes IFS Products Possible? Molecular Bonding System:

MBS is an EPA “SITE” (Superfund Innovative Technology Evaluation) program technology, proven successful at the Midvale Slag Superfund Site and dozens of other commercial applications. It provides simple, environmentally sound and cost effective stabilization of heavy metals contamination. Heavy metals are chemically transformed into their metallic sulfides (a metal’s most insoluble form). MBS treats metals such as: Arsenic, Cadmium, Chromium, Lead, Mercury, Zinc...

MBS Overview:
MBS is the world's best technology for stabilizing hazardous metals.

Stabilizes all hazardous metals to U.S. EPA's UTS limits

Universal Treatment Standards UTS

Effective August 24, 1998, the new Universal Treatment Standards (UTS) had an impact on industries which produce or treat metals contaminated waste. The UTS regulations include six newly listed metals, and significantly lower criterion for six of the RCRA metals.

SOLUCORP'S MBS Technology surpasses UTS Treatment Standards.

Solucorp's patented Molecular Bonding System (MBS) is proven to meet UTS levels with reagent addition rates typically under S%. At the U.S. EPA Superfund Innovative Technology Evaluation (SITE) demonstration program, MBS successfully treated three separate wastes to below UTS Criteria. The same level of success has since been consistently achieved on various projects and at secondary lead smelters where slag was permanently stabilized on a daily basis through "in-line" applications of MBS.

Effective in soil, sludge, ash, sediment, slag and baghouse dust Proven in 1997 U.S. EPA "SITE" program evaluation:
* Treated 3 different wastes - containing arsenic, cadmium and lead to below the RCRA limits.
* EPA concluded that MBS treatment of these wastes is 30% less expensive than cement.

MBS Application:

Solucorp Industries has developed a cost effective, easy to use slurry technology for the treatment of low to mid leachable levels of lead contaminated Wastes. This process has successfully treated several hunched thousand tons of lead contaminated soils. The slurry treatment is based on using our patented MBS EPA "SITE" (Superfind Innovative Technology Evaluation) program recognized technology for the remediation of heavy metals.

The MBS Lead Remediation Solution provides the following benefits:* Cost Effective: Substantial swings of up to 30% or more are realized when compared to other types of treatment technologies. If disposal of the successfully treated waste is required additional savings of 50% or more are achieved clue to the requirement of less chemical reagent than other technologies.

* Permanent Stabilization: The MBS technology has successfully passed the EPA's MEP (Multiple Extraction Procedure) Test for long term Stability. Metal Sulfides are the most insoluble form for almost every heavy metal.
* Insignificant Chemical Addition - The MBS Lead Remediation Solution technology requires on average about a 2-5% chemical addition rate to successfully treat lead contaminated soils. This is compared to up to 20% or more for traditional competitive technologies.
* Flexible - The MBS Slurry can be applied either ex-situ (using pugmills or ribbon blenders) or in-situ by injecting it into the ground or spraying the slurry on to the waste in lifts where excavators, backhoes or rototillers can complex the soils to create a homogeneous mixture.

MBS Summary and Conclusions:

MBS is the most effective system to chemically alter the form of heavy metal contaminants into a non-hazardous, stable compound. The simplicity of the MBS process combined with its modular / transportable design and fully enclosed operational system (preventing the release of contaminants or secondary wastes), provides lower operating costs, enhanced safety and reduced emissions of secondary wastes.

The inherent ability of MBS to transform hazardous contaminants into non-hazardous, insoluble compounds can facilitate on-site disposal of a variety of wastes. The MBS process can also be easily integrated into a manufacturing line. The result is a safer site or facility and significantly reduced liability.

When off-site disposal is necessary, MBS requires much less reagent by weight than conventional processes resulting in a waste with minimal volume increases. This significantly reduces storage, off-site transport and disposal costs.

IFS-2C Technology:

FS-2C Patented Mercury Emission Technology, (US 7,407,602 B2, August 5, 2008). This purchase agreement includes all energy related patents, patent pending applications, and intellectual rights along with their know-how. In addition, all executed or pending energy contracts including, but not limited to the following:
* A research and development, royalty and intellectual property contract (press release August 18, 2010) with a major Energy Company to develop a second generation “Green” energy product capable of preventing metals pollution upon the end of the useful life of the energy product.

* IFS-2C patented mercury removal technology proven to substantially reduce both elemental and ionic mercury emissions from coal burning power plants.

* Patented MBS waste water treatment technology to remediate all metals including mercury in waste water from coal burning energy plants.
* All intellectual property and know-how as it relates to household and other self-remediating batteries, including all prototypes.
* IFS-2C technology for the remediati on of mercury contaminated coal ash and other U.S. EPA listed hazardous heavy metal contaminated wastes produced in coal burning Portland Cement plants.

The Coal burning power plant industry in the U.S. consists of approximately 1,300 coal-fueled power plants supplying 50% of electrical power plant energy requirements for the U.S. There are also 17,000 factories, refineries and chemical plants, along with the power plants, that emit millions of tons of pollutants into the air (N.Y. Times article 3/18/06). Coal is plentiful; however it does contribute to environmental pollution. Solucorp’s technology is a viable solution to the mercury contaminated flue gas emissions problem generated by fossil fuel. The negative impact of closing coal burning power plants would have a catastrophic effect on the energy supply, the way of life and would further increase dependence on foreign oil. U.S. Power Plants annual spending will soon exceed $40 billion in an effort to eliminate environmental hazards which include mercury emissions. Global consumption of coal is currently in excess of five billion tons per year with China burning 1.531 billion tons, Europe 1.305 billion tons, U.S. 1.094 billion tons and the remaining 1.410 billion tons by the other countries. (Energy Information Administration, DOE data). The patented technology developed by Solucorp Industries and purchased by EMHI is designed to make coal the primary source of power energy while reducing world dependency on foreign oil and other power sources. The IFS-2C technology, patented in 1999, has undergone several successful independent tests to review its effectiveness in significantly reducing hazardous mercury emissions from energy plants. The U.S., Europe and China have hundreds of years of coal supplies. Two hundred eighty one million dollars ($281,000,000) of government funds have been pledged for developing cleaner coal burning power plants. The IFS-2C mercury emissions technology has already been tested by the Environmental Energy Resource Center (EERC): North Dakota (JVTASK73 10/05).On August 6, 2010 the EPA issued amendments to the Portland cement manufacturing regulations and new source performance standards. The amendment was set in place to reduce annual mercury emissions by an estimated 92 percent. Existing kilns must comply within 3 years of this rule. New kilns built after May 2009 must comply at the startup or within sixty days after the rule was published. The IFS2C technology allows the cement industry to meet these requirements. There are an estimated 181 Portland cement kilns that will be operating at 100 different facilities throughout the United States by 2013. The amended air toxic requirements will apply to 158 of those kilns. The cement industry is the third largest producer of mercury emissions in the U.S.

They have rights to the MBS technology for power plants. We have a joint venture with them thereby giving us access to the power plant market. The rights to cement and brownfields however are ours exclusively!!

After researching chemical fixative technologies used for the cleanup of former shooting ranges it was determined that the most appropriate material to test at the Sawgrass site was the chemical fixative agent MBS® manufactured by Solucorp® (Molecular Bonding System). MBS is a patented and USEPA SITE-(Superfund Innovative Technology Evaluation) proven technology used for the remediation of heavy metal-contaminated waste streams.
