GTGP DDing in a nut shell, updated
There are 4 major things happening with GTGP right now:

1. The acquisition of MSE on, or before 8/15/12
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=52914980

2. The consummation of the first contract with Ash Grove to treat the mercury being emitted at their cement plant. (am expecting a big contract for all of their plants)

3. The "Benchmark", or "Standard" designation from the EPA for the use of MBS to treat the mercury issue at all U.S. cement plants. (Just over 100 U.S. cement plants)(The U.S. plants have 13 months left to comply with the new air standard being enforced by the EPA, and GTGP's MBS is five times better than what is currently being used)
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/global-technologies-group-set-two-135500681.html

4. The meeting with the Dept. Of Energy at Oak Rdige, TN based on GTGP's certified testing results for treating mercury conaminated soil. There was an award of $2.2 billion to two contractors to finish cleaning up the mess at Oak Ridge, TN. Of that $2.2 billion, 60% is to be sub-contracted out. Neither contractor does mercury remediation so that is one more reason I can see a contract for mercury work at Oak Ridge.

Some of what is upcoming for GTGP:

1. The power plants in America have a 2015 deadline to meet the new EPA air quality standards (The engineering firm called MSE, that GTGP is about to acquire, has developed a process called IFS2c specifically for the treatment of mercury emissions at power plants using MBS, and it has already been tested, proven to work, and the EPA is aware of this as well. I personally am expecting GTGP to create a joint-venture with a large company that deals with the NOx & SOx emissions for power plants, but does not have anything to handle the mercury emmision problem. A joint-venture would place GTGP in the thick of the power plant market (There are over 600 coal-burning power plants in the U.S.)

2. As a result of the successful testing of the MBS treatment for removal of Mercury from flue gases, (cement plants) GTGP is preparing the final documentation for dissemination to the Portland Cement Association and its members worldwide, along with their contacts in China, Singapore and India who have been waiting for this certified documentation. GTGP was recently awarded the exclusive licenses for MBS in China, India, and Singapore. Additionally, as a result of meetings in China, Global will be opening representative offices in Beijing and Singapore.

Key upcoming dates to watch for....

Week of July 16;
Our partner company M2Polymer, which has contracts at Oak Ridge, is currently setting up a meeting with two directors of Department of Energy at Oak Ridge for the week of July 16th to discuss mercury capture at their site.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=52898792

July 25 to 27;
Global Technologies Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GTGP) has scheduled meetings with Richard Trentheway, COO, MSE Technology Applications Inc., and Jim Kambich, CEO, Montana Economic Revitalization and Development Institute (MERDI), and the entire board of both companies on July 25th through July 27th at their headquarters in Butte, Montana. These meetings will entail all aspects of the closing scheduled to be completed by August 15, 2012.

August 7 to 21;
Global Technologies Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GTGP) announces that after a series of requested additional tests performed by MSE Technology Applications, Inc. using the MBS technology for Mercury removal from stack gases, the cement plant requested and has set a schedule for a full two week run at their plant under normal operating conditions.
This run will start on August 7th through August 21st.

As well as this: MSE research site
http://www.glbtech.com/upload_user/MSE%20FACILITIES.pdf

Not to mention they are a multi-billion $ company, having 10 plants themselves...
They spent $20 milly on a technology called PAC, (that was just a complete waste of time), because their mercury emissions tech wasn't sufficient enough to meet the EPA Standards...
that's $20 mil for one plant mind you...
x10 plants= $200 mil
& that's just one Cement Company,

...that after a series of requested additional tests performed by MSE Technology Applications, Inc. using the MBS technology,...
...the cement plant requested and has set a schedule for a full two week run at their plant under normal operating conditions. This run will start on August 7th through August 21st.
..."Global is pleased that the length of this run was extended for a two week period by the plant as it will give both the EPA and the DOE hard data results for an extended period of time as opposed to the three day run originally scheduled.
This extended run requested by the plant is a strong indication of the interest and value of utilizing MBS and its use in that industry and final verified data for the DOE and the EPA for mercury removal from stack gasss.
This will be the final precurso for moving towards the use of MBS in all areas of both the cement and power plant industries "as well as the DOE and EPA benchmarking MBS for best use status".

THAT ITSELF IS; GAME, SET & MATCH PEOPLE
Say again;
"as well as the DOE and EPA benchmarking MBS for best use status"

Can you say Portland Cement Association next???
http://www.cement.org/index.asp

If the EPA & DOE says, "best use status" as a standard,
what do you think China, India, Singapore, etc. will think???

Summary of Connect the Dots Dummies;
(never got "stickied" yet, nice to be published),

Found this for MSE and CH2M Hill, they have worked together on quite a few projects;
http://www.containment.fsu.edu/cd/content/pdf/270.pdf
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=74605948

Why is a MSE & CH2M Hill partnership inportant;

A team headed by URS and CH2M Hill won the Department of Energy's Oak Ridge environmental management contract, with a potential value of about $2.2 billion over nine years, DOE announced today,
April 29, 2011
That $2,200,000,000 (Billion) dollar award that Narnia found has 2 contractors who will be subcontracting 60% of the work out. CH2M HILL i ONE of them!
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=74617841

On top of that, the company that got the award doesn't have heavy metal remediation at all...
Plus the DOE said there will be 60% subcontracting...

MSE does have a business address in Oak Ridge, so they have probably been generating business there for a number of years.

Excellent find PLAYER. I have no doubt that GTGP will derive some major business from the $100 million Naval project:
"MSE is preparing a full comprehensive report which will include all partner companies (MSE, Global, M2 and Solucorp) for distribution to all appropriate government agencies. This will be the first time all of our partner companies will be represented as a group capable of handling all aspects of remediation and hazardous waste cleanup. This information is going to all the major bidders for the Navy contract as well."

M2Polymer, and CH2M HILL are doing some business.
This is from Feb. 2012;

ch2mhill has worked with MSE MANY times, and knows them well.
GTGP is about to acquire MSE imo.
