So all these very low share trading days have been dilution?

Nope. Mostly shorting and covering, flipping with a dash of dilution. That's the recipe for now. Short it down to get the lowest possible price to convert the discounted shares (only 52M left that we have an idea of) at. What do you think the discount, to the bid, price, whatever...is for the principals of Epic and their shiny new convertible? 39% like some of Asher's? Or 60% seeing as how the "action" isn't near as good as it was? 75%? I've seen that before.

I kind of like the old case. Rustic, rugged, relic-like, in my opinion. I like the Swedish wood touch, too, lol...

Look at brennan's and hollander's compensation. Exactly...what do they do to EARN that? Hell, they could have each taken half as much and they wouldn't have even needed any Asher...CDs. There were Asher CDs, correct? There was only one 8-K filed for one Asher CD. I wonder why they weren't consistent and submitted 8-K filings for each Asher CD...allegedly sold. Strange semi-disclosure, in my opinion. Speaking of semi-or-non-disclosure...where's that 8-K for the principals of Epic's CD?

That's what I thought...

This is "nice".

brennan compensated $1,573,837 over the past 3 years.
hollander compensated $700,625 over the past 2 years.

No wonder they can't afford a new case or anyone to answer the phones while they play miniature golf.

And that compensation doesn't include any pork greasin' palm jivin' slap action, either, in my HO, lol...

THAT...makes the other comp look...paltry, I imagine, in my near-final opinions...

Did you all know that the food must first have a bacteria detected...? THEN they, someone, makes a sample of the detected bacteria and it's off to see the MIT 1000 wizard to see if it can CONFIRM whether the bacteria is friendly or hostile...hence, COO Ricardi's statement, "Our device is best suited as a confirming device"...it's not like the meat comes down an assembly line and is scanned by the relic...
