Look, any conversions being done with that brand new convertible "requires" a restrictive period of 6 months on the respective, converted (Rule 506, in my opinion) shares. So, if he can't sell the actual shares he short sells them (shorted shares).
You're all, basically, buying the CD holder's (or holders') short sales. I'm sure someone "close" will "lend" him their shares to cover when the appropriate time comes. Or he can purchase the cheapies himself and cover with those.
Short 600,000 shares @ 0045. Pull in $2,700 minus commission.
Force bid down by whacking the bid with more, smaller short sales.
Bid falls to .0025.
Cause "small player" panic.
Someone sells 600,000 to the shorter, now coverer, on the bid @ 0025. Put out $1,800 minus commission.
Cover (hand over) the 600,000 shares to MM (broker that the short shares were borrowed from) and walk with $900 profit in an hour or so. Rinse, repeat...ad nauseum.
No "new" real shares transact.
Last known OS was 448M shares which leaves room for 52M shares to actually dilute. However, those shares are restricted for 6 months. Hence, short, cover, rinse, repeat...
You're, basically, all fighting the shorter (flipper) who happens, in my opinion, to be "friends" with pork belly.
Of course it, the seller, could be that one, obvious, highly desperate, stuckholder...that is literally dieing to exit this nightmarish hell hole...that he massively misplayed.

A whole $7,670 traded so far today. One third what I usually take to Vegas for my weekend entertainment. The excited here are showing their hand on how little resources they can afford and emboldening the enemy eliminating any short squeeze consideration/worries.
