They still have a deal with epic and they still have the Dutchess Finance thing going on right?

Not ONE mention of Epic in the Q filing. Not one. They should have had the sale of convertible debentures, to Epic, in the Q. Actually, they should have had it in an 8-K. Weeks ago. A month ago. That convertible debenture sale was PRed on August 18th. I'm thinking that...they're trying to hide something from everyone, lol...

Notice that they picked August 15th as their "cut off" date.

At August 15, 2011, there were 402,028,521 shares of the Registrant’s common stock outstanding.

The PRE-14A was filed August 25th, 2011 and they already knew the OS for the record date would be 448,327,959. So, from August 15th, 2011 to August 25th, 2011 the OS grew by an astronomical 46.299M shares! Where did those shares go?

Shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2011 (the "Record Date") are entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting. As of the Record Date, 448,327,959 shares of the Company's Common Stock, $0.01 par value (the "Common Stock") were issued and outstanding. For information regarding security ownership by management and by the beneficial owners of more than 5% of the Company's Common Stock, see "Beneficial Security Ownership of Management and Certain Beneficial Owners."

What do you mean..."Nothing has changed"? The OS has exploded like a mushroom cloud and they are, apparently, hiding more highly dilutive convertible debt instruments!

I think these ships were a little too close to the explosive effect. Possibly some unwitting MMTC share buyers as well.
