8. Market...1st Argus one unit sale will make a profit. Looking to capture 2-5% of the identified 64BB market in low to mid-range altitude UAV category. Does NOT currently have any competition at this attractive a market unit price. Expect the current budget cutbacks will greatly benefit and accelerate our window of opportunity. powerhouse outside marketing firm has been identified interviewed (3 are in running) and expect to launch a vigorous marketing and awareness publicity targeted campaign within 30-60 days.

9. What to do with profits...hire very soon 5-ish or so people primarily in manufacturing and acquisition arena. Yes, Dan E was there and is still an integral member of the team. ..I was glad to see him...great guy.

Aggressive Stock buy back vs. reversal...pretty much Clark implied that over his dead body there would ever be a stock reversal...gave a wonderful personal story about his own personal experience and disdain for them.

And no they aren't leaving or taking this private. In fact Clark, who has 1 mm of his own money in this to date intends to participate once again in the next round of funding.

10. GTC...current revenue contribution will show up in the Aug 15th filing of the 10Q...and yes it will be on time.

David Phipps..young guy with great plans. This business segment was a bit harder for me to get my head wrapped around, but it appears that he sold the company to WSGI for the key reason...with a public company he could better maximize his return than privately...duh.

Primarily they have always been a DOD contractor through their linkage with Globalstar. The big asset they have is the message lick units for military intel which Globalstar grants GTC exclusively off their Satellite arrays in exchange for using GTC's ground stations for the comm relays. The really important part of this for WSGI is exactly what I think WW hit on, that the Argus would become a relay repeater platform to enhance the broadcast capture of these miltary Intelk click units and the comm stuff for Globalstar. The reason that Globalstar has had to put up so many new satellites is that the comm capability degrades over time and the sats become unreliable on the comm side. However, GTC's intel click units continue even on the old sat arrays to achieve a 99% useful transmit and recovery. So effectively, WSGI now has access to all of Globalstars entire old and new sat arrays for military or otherwise intel relays. All appliques that Globalstar uses are exclusively GTC's tech...thus WSGI's.

GTC also introducing a new patentable widget to go after a new commercial app. Totally unique...market appears big...how big not discussed.

5 (Five) New ground station contracts pending...from the map stars they appear to be in Afganistan, Africa, India, Uraguay, and Houston with an existing one in Eastcor....didn't know that. Each station costs out at 4-5mm dollars..I thought I heard. Each ground station comes with 10K free mobile comm lines to GTC from Globalstar.

Personal impressions of management overall...young, very bright, honest and very focused...and dedicated to improving shareholder value, without personal dipping of free shares as done by prior management.
.

Want to move off the OTC as soon as possible.

That's about it for now...

No fluff...just the facts given out...not a ton of promises...just by actions show promise and intent.

Just what an investor should be looking for..retail or institution.
