Notice the slight differences:

#1) His name

Graig Parham instead of Greg Parham

#2) The company name

NEOSC Geomin Ltd. Instead of PT. GEOMIN INTERNATIONAL

#3) The phone number and fax number are each off by 1 digit:

3 more big very obvious intentional changes:

Supatcha Resources Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SAEI) ("Supatcha" or the "Company") acknowledges the announcement today by OXM Group (OXM) of its intention to proceed with an unsolicited bid for all of the issued and outstanding shares of Supatcha at a price of $1.75 per share.

The Board of Supatcha has commenced the process of engaging advisors to assist it in responding to this bid. The Board will make every effort to maximize value for the benefit of Supatcha's shareholders and will update its shareholders from time to time as this development progresses. Shareholders do not need to take any action in response to this bid at this time.

OXM is controlled by investor Mikhail Prokorov, the 5th-richest person in Russia. Mr. Prokorov helped Supatcha acquire the rights to develop two resource-rich mineral properties in the Ukraine earlier this year


1) The proper spelling of his name is Mikhail Prokhorov (with an H) not Mikhail Prokorov

2) The proper name of his company is Onexim Group not OXM Group

2) And he is the 2nd richest man in Russia not the 5th richest man in Russia

This post should raise concerns and motivated investors who are long and strong to contact and verify the information posted. I've already done my verification through a phone call with Greg Parham yesterday night and he confirmed my suspicions. I will not go into detail of that conversation as it's been posted enough.

But, to those who want to protected their investment I urge you to take your DD further, before bashing my posts, I would expect you to have already contacted Greg Parham and spoke to him on the phone. The emails received by me and other members of this board can not be fully trusted as we did further dd on the origins on the emails and 1 + 1 does not make 2. The only other way to verify the Greg Parham was or was not involved with the NI 43-101 is to call his office at Geomin International or one of his cells.
