The preliminary contract is for the purchase of 100% of the outstanding stock in Air Pure Systems Development for an undisclosed amount of stock, cash and other considerations. According to a company spokesperson, "Air Pure Systems Development is an established company that utilizes a patented technology to significantly decrease the fuel consumption of motorized vehicles and has the added benefit of reducing carbon outputs into the environment." Air Pure Systems has developed a unique technology that can significantly enhance the combustion process in gasoline engines. "The simplest explanation is that the fuel flows through our patent pending device and is 'reformed' which allows the fuel to burn more efficiently," stated Rob Ryon, President of Air Pure Systems Development. "The reformed fuel directly yields more miles per gallon and the exhaust emissions are reduced correspondingly." The prototype of the device has achieved greater than 20% improvement in fuel economy in its initial testing at an EPA certified facility, stated Brian Riley, President and CEO of WatchIt Technologies. "Additional independent government certified testing will be scheduled to verify the previous results." We are extremely happy with the addition of Air Pure Systems Development as our first major venture. We believe that with the proper controls, testing and marketing that WatchIt Technologies can bring to the table to assist Air Pure Systems Development that it will be a technology that has worldwide potential, stated Brian Riley, President and CEO of WatchIt Technologies. According to Rob Ryon, President of Air Pure Systems Development, "The joining of our two companies to further the development of the 'fuel reformer' is a much needed step in taking this very important technology to market. Anything that can reduce our dependence on fossil fuels will not only help our economy recover, but make our country safer by lessening our dependence on foreign oil." Air Pure Systems Reports 28.9% Increase in Fuel Economy With Its Patent Pending Technology Air Pure Systems , has validated the testing of its Fuel Reformer Device with a third party road test conducted by Centennial, Colorado-based, Leading Points Corporation. Executives from both Air Pure Systems and Leading Points Corporation planned, coordinated and executed two separate yet "controlled field tests" that calculated the fuel economy of a 1999 Ford Expedition over a 368-mile road course. Test results demonstrate that with the patent pending Fuel Reformer Device installed, the vehicle had a 28.9% increase in fuel economy versus performance with the standard fuel system. Both of the tests were validated by Kevin Sullivan, Lieutenant Colonel, USA (Ret.), CEO of Leading Points Corporation and Vice President of Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc.'s Government Services Division. Air Pure Systems performed the validation test in preparation for fuel economy and emissions testing at the Environmental Testing Corporation, a high altitude, EPA certified Facility, in Denver, Colorado. The company expects final EPA testing of the Fuel Reformer Device to take place within the next three to six months at the EPA's National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Fuel Consumption is a vital part of the USA economy and the potential to improve the nation's fuel efficiency by over 25% could save the average consumer thousands of dollars over a vehicle's lifetime. Other aspects of the importance of fuel economy include reduced climate changes, reduced oil dependence costs, and increased energy sustainability. It was truly remarkable to witness the results of the (Fuel Reformer) device firsthand. On the first test we drove 368 miles and arrived at our destination with the tank nearly empty and the fuel light on. However, after the device was installed at we conduct the test for a second time we arrived at the same destination with over a 1/4 tank remaining, stated Kevin Sullivan. "This technology will have a tremendous impact on both military and civilian applications." We are very encouraged that our conformation tests have repeatedly given us significant positive results. This achievement represents one more step in our preparation for testing at EPA's National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory, stated Leonard Baxter, CEO and President of Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc. "We are moving deliberately and methodically to bring this ground breaking technology to market."
