To better support this segment of the market, the company has agreed in principal to market and distribute a revolutionary tracking device with a unique battery that can last up to ten years, and will be releasing information on it soon.

Ecologix to Implement GPS Software Solution for a Law Enforcement Agency

A North Carolina Law Enforcement's agency has selected the latest software solution from Ecologix to implement GPS technologies.

According to officials with Ecologix, the are possibilities of more sales in the near future as well.

Ecologix provides unique location-based service, asset-based security and machine-to-machine “M2M” monitor and control products. The offering allows users to generate operating and maintenance reports to help lower fuel consumption with the help of applications for data and tracking functions across a variety of industries, utilizing CDMA, IDEN, and GSM technologies.

The agency decided to go for Ecologix’s software solution mainly because of the cost and available features.

“We are excited to open this new revenue stream. Although the cost of GPS hardware has been decreasing, software costs have remained constant, leading to strong, long term revenue streams," ...“We will continue to work to keep our software state-of-the-art and work with our installed base to see that they are getting the most out of their investment.”

Currently, Ecologix supports approximately 100 different GPS devices by different manufactures. Giving the company a major competitive edge and increasing the opportunities for sales revenues.

The preliminary contract is for the purchase of 100% of the outstanding stock in Air Pure Systems Development for an undisclosed amount of stock, cash and other considerations.

According to a company spokesperson, "Air Pure Systems Development is an established company that utilizes a patented technology to significantly decrease the fuel consumption of motorized vehicles and has the added benefit of reducing carbon outputs into the environment."

Air Pure Systems has developed a unique technology that can significantly enhance the combustion process in gasoline engines. "The simplest explanation is that the fuel flows through our patent pending device and is 'reformed' which allows the fuel to burn more efficiently," stated Rob Ryon, President of Air Pure Systems Development. "The reformed fuel directly yields more miles per gallon and the exhaust emissions are reduced correspondingly."

The prototype of the device has achieved greater than 20% improvement in fuel economy in its initial testing at an EPA certified facility, stated Brian Riley, President and CEO of WatchIt Technologies. "Additional independent government certified testing will be scheduled to verify the previous results."

Air Pure Systems Reports 28.9% Increase in Fuel Economy With Its Patent Pending Technology

Air Pure Systems, has validated the testing of its Fuel Reformer Device with a third party road test conducted by Centennial, Colorado-based, Leading Points Corporation. Executives from both Air Pure Systems and Leading Points Corporation planned, coordinated and executed two separate yet "controlled field tests" that calculated the fuel economy of a 1999 Ford Expedition over a 368-mile road course. Test results demonstrate that with the patent pending Fuel Reformer Device installed, the vehicle had a 28.9% increase in fuel economy versus performance with the standard fuel system. Both of the tests were validated by Kevin Sullivan, Lieutenant Colonel, USA (Ret.), CEO of Leading Points Corporation and Vice President of Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc.'s Government Services Division.

Air Pure Systems performed the validation test in preparation for fuel economy and emissions testing at the Environmental Testing Corporation, a high altitude, EPA certified Facility, in Denver, Colorado. The company expects final EPA testing of the Fuel Reformer Device to take place within the next three to six months at the EPA's National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Fuel Consumption is a vital part of the USA economy and the potential to improve the nation's fuel efficiency by over 25% could save the average consumer thousands of dollars over a vehicle's lifetime. On the first test we drove 368 miles and arrived at our destination with the tank nearly empty and the fuel light on. However, after the device was installed at we conduct the test for a second time we arrived at the same destination with over a 1/4 tank remaining, stated Kevin Sullivan.
