The facts are out there.
One thing is for sure, with this company you have to take what is said in press releases with a grain of salt. If you dont believe me go back and look at all of the "sales" and "purchase orders" the HISC used to PR that never came to furition. Also quoting lines from past PRs is far from D.D. Wheather it be called HISS, HISC, Ecologix, or Watchit the same people are in charge and are running the same game as before, just under a different name.
When I last followed the stock a few years back it was HISC. I was heavily invested and followed the comapny very closely. Their main product was the cyber tracker (the one that looked like a restaurant pager). They had other products (CT 410, CT150), but they were all products that they resold from another company (CalAmp). They hadn't made a sale of any significance in over a year. Their product was having some sort of hardware or software problem. The stock had already been through 2 reverse splits and had already bottomed out again. I saw my investment go from thousands of dollars to a little over $30 bucks in around six to eight months because stock was being sold hand over fist in order to keep the company from going under, dilluting the market and making any kind of gain impossible.
Does this sound like a revenue producing company? I guess it is if you count the revenue that was made off of selling stock, because that is about all that they were capable of selling.
I am not saying that it is impossible to make money off this stock. You just have to flip at the right time. However, if you are using this as any type of medium to long term investment, or you are investing because you hear the information being put out in press releases and think it sounds good and that the company is going places you will wind up losing money...gauranteed. Just ask ANY of the longs if you dont believe me. We have all been down this road several times before, and we know how it ends.
But you never know who - MAYBE it will be different THIS time!!!
