interesting .. first indicator OTCX *activated* re: PTOI is March 2018

i note interesting because of the number of days OTCX *showed* as best bid or ask via l2 last month (Feb 2019)
all that *effort* re: show but no tell .. OTCX reported 0 activity (shares/volume total) to Finra for February 2018

hmmmm

reminder .. NRs' cycle of a run to reset on PTOI done late Dec 2017 into Jan 2018 (5c reset re: 52 week high)
and the reset back down on PTOI would take approx 7 months (July 2018 with a sub 1c 52 week low @ .008)

OTCX's *efforts* .. reported to Finra (via MM Monthly) for March 2018 was for 1000 shares (6th out of 6 reporting)

as for the *volume* .. done re: PTOI .. it's equally revealing as to patterns in play for 2018

Jan 2018 = 2,039,578 .. (London Calling front half Jan imo approx 750,000 shares) 5c high reset

is PTOI being wash traded for *volume* avg maintenance?

interestingly (perhaps just to me) .. but known sells of significance of PTOI by actual P2O investors occurred
in Jan 2018 and August/September 2018 .. and when i say significant .. imo 750,000 approx in January 2019
and another 350,000 spread out over a few months in the back half of 2018 .. of which that total x 2.5 was picked off by P2O investors in the same approx time frame

Jan 2019 = 1,651,632 .. 63.37% of 1.2019's *volume* done on 1.29.19 .. 8c high reset
Feb 2019 = 2,076,767
