You can cherry pick loses in history all day pal!

The % of USPTO doors closed on patents at the PTAB over that last 4 years has been overwhlemingly distructive to patent owners and a violation of our constitutional rights. I think that worm has turned there though, starting with VP and for good reason. 1 main one being that we're not dealing with a ho hum law firm, you may want to read up about KB and how much they've WON!

Did Vringo win %100 of IPR claims? I doubt it.. And, VP's patent don't apply to 101 Alice, IMO!!
