The 3.9% is up from 3.3%, and most of the sales are still from V-Pak. So if 3.3% is the base and the eventual increase is about 66% of that number, the final percentage might be ~5.5%. So the quarterly sales have to ~$636MM (just to make $35MM of revenue), which will be difficult at ~$13,000 per script, before discounts. But that doesn't really answer your question, because it does seem as though the royalty should be closer to 11.3 than 10.9 (which is not really that much different) if Mav was really $100MM.
