You bring up something that has concerned me but not at the worry level. DK hired a lady attorney credited with having guided NTI through the maize as it endured the big swallow by WNR. Eventually. both companies were farted out by Andeaver which is renamed Tessoro.

I suspect the new name was chosen in large part to cloud the memory of things that led to massive class actions.

Now that DK has the woman on staff, presumably to ward off the Angst Demons. However, I've not witnessed anything upsetting so far. I'm not convinced things will go badly for us.
