I agree with that reasoning.

Bottom line - this will not have any effect on the launch of Actipatch on retail shelves. It would've only made the distribution to more stores a little easier, but that's not even a big deal either.

I just wish they were pushing the grass roots marketing towards SPORTS; Jr high, High School, college, semi-pro and pro sports, instead of the "opioid crisis". Relieving the pain of seniors would happen anyway with a successful hard push into sports - because people talk about ground breaking technology, especially when it works as well as Actipatch does...

Think about it this way. Most sports programs at schools are always dealing with injuries on a DAILY BASIS. Which the results we've both seen on the way it helps relieve pain on and open wound, the way it immediately relieves the inflammation on ankle/knee twists & sprains. WE KNOW THETE IS NO NEED TO USE OVER THE COUNTER PAIN MEDICINE, because the loop will show them EYE OPENING RESULTS, literally overnight. Because of the ridiculous low cost of using this product while still getting amazing results, the sports trainers doctors, and other staff will be very excited.

People in sports circles are very excited when they find a way to deal with common injuries, so you can bet that they will be talking to there other friends who are also in the sports medicine side or other friend who are also very active in sports.

This is an absolute no-brainer, to aggressively market this product to sports. They should have several different marketing teams that are already pushing and pulling the grass roots efforts in not only sports, but the other areas they feel will do well also. Basically working on multiple directions simultaneously.

And seriously give a big time CEO from the over the counter medicine area a try.

As an investor for over 7 years, I can honestly say that this entire process already took WAY TOO LONG to get to where we are today. I my opinion, a top tier CEO would have hired the dream team of attorneys to get this approved by the FDA - many years earlier. Just because we literally have no real competition in the way of this technology, doesn't mean it will remain this way.

I'll bet within the next year there will be no less than 10 other products that will be very similar to this technology, but they will not "BABY IT", instead they will be extremely aggressive as they have probably already been very impressed with Actipatch, and will be aggressively trying to get there products approved by the FDA. It will probably not take as long as BIEL has pretty much already paved the way for whoever else enters this area.

Just my 2 Cents...
