Good points 2Relax as the sports market is a huge money maker since a constant need for relief always come with pain issues that come with playing sports at all levels. One big factor that Actipatch has going for them is a very large stable of patents unique to miniaturized PEMF therapy. That is going to be so helpful as things unfold with any future partnership deals.

2Relax, these are great ideas. You should forward a copy of these to: pknopick@eandecommunications.com. He is suppose to handle investor relations for BIEL. Hopefully he would pass those ideas up the chain of command. Might help getting this company going!!

Should read, "Just my 2 dollars worth", because I agree with you 100 times worth. Great products that deserve the best marketing it can get. I also agree that with an experienced successful CEO, these products would have been much farther along than they are now. Sometimes, as the leader of your business (Whelan), you have to 'let it go' and put someone in charge more qualified to take the next step. It seems that this is not going to happen as of yet with him. What is better for the company and its growth, is what should be his first priority. And if stepping back and letting one more qualified take over responsibilities in crucial positions will accomplish that, he should do so for the success of the company. He can remain CEO but designate more responsibilities to ones more qualified. EGO has no place in successful leadership. A great CEO finds, appoints, and monitors his divisional leaders (VP's).

Let's call a spade a spade, he obviously has very little concern for his stockholders and finds them as a necessary nuisance. He runs the company like it is private, not publicly traded. We as stockholders are the ONLY ones getting hurt (stock price) by this snail's pace of company progress. Salaries are still getting paid to employees on our dollar and he has a comfortable and generous self serving loan arrangement to fall back on when the time is right. He runs this company like a private company, as the vision is narrow and self serving IMO.

These products deserve much more and let's hope that someday soon he sees the necessary steps and changes he must make to have this company reap the rewards from the immense potential of these products.

Honestly, IMO if he could guide this company to that next level on its own, we as investors will benefit (stock price) more in the future as opposed to a "quick profit" from sale or partnership, now.

AND I agree most with the following:
SPORTS SPORTS SPORTS !!!! --- every sport - every country - every level (amateur and professional) - every locker room! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
We SHOULD see this as a MAJOR priority for the marketing of ALL products when the "back patch"/general muscle soreness, gets cleared.
