Hmmmmmm.........sounds like you've done a lot of thinking on this.....Just to make sure I understand you correctly, you are saying that the fact that the CEO of the biggest and greatest marijuana company on the planet made an offer which included a 40% premium, that it would not influence the value (or people's perception of the value) upon the deal failing and therefore it will not be valued higher than pre offer levels? I think a lot of people listen to Bruce, he's the god given heir to the domination of the world's marijuana trade.
