Lol so if I believe that MT would crash and burn into nothing without the deal, I should be upset that he's willing to acquire it at all? That's not a valid comparison, and either is comparing the implied market cap for an all share deal to the market cap of what I'm suggesting if the deal fell apart.

I believe that MT holds more value as a part of CGC than it does on its own, so no, I'm not upset with the ~40% premium.
