You missed the point.. In all past "meet n greet" or "discussions", BOD members Chiotti and Baker have not been present, not in a picture or even mentioned alongside.

The reporting and commentary on this feels a little different. Why the entire BOD? Why waste time?

And the term "poised" "investments" makes no sense given Kallo's current (what we know of) situation. Then to specifically mention the CHIPS program in Ghana. This is new from them. Gotta wonder if there isn't someone else in Ghana assisting to bring Kallo in the fold or M&A. I think the tax benefits and financial flexibility is clear.
