If you read the ENTIRE article, you'll see that the other company simply paid a courtesy call to the high commission. Obviously Cecil or whoever heard about it and hopped on the bandwagon to do the same thing. Doesn't sound like anything more than a random visit. And with the company near its end, it shouldnt be surprising that they are taking informal desperate measures to try and get noticed.
