SRSR will be an empty shell? Who will own Shining Tree? Do you know that the SRSR shares are maxed out? If not will SRSR hold any shares of the spinout? If so, could SRSR then do a reverse split and then be able to increase the AS to free up some money to update the books, become a proper reporting company and then develop Shining Tree?
